Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Sleeping options: foldout couch downstairs and futon in loft. *Watch Bald Eagles, Geese, Heron and Osprey from 2 elevated decks a stone's throw from the water!

Peaceful and quiet studio located 3 miles south of Ayden. 15 minutes south of greenville/ winterville. country setting 700 ft from Hwy 11. 1/4 mile from a large flea market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Ruku smart 43" 4k UHD TV, 34"x 48" large shower. 36" high vanity. 4'x5' closet. I strive to keep my cleanliness standards above industry standards. Remote controlled heating/air-conditioning. TV is swivel mounted on the wall. Towels, washcloths, dishes , silverware. soaps .6'x12' Porch .

Sands Island Refuge is a privately owned, 32-acre island, surrounded by thousands of acres of undeveloped marshes, island beaches and meandering natural water trails. Beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath modern home designed for comfort and functionality. The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, featuring comfortable seating, a large TV, and seamless flow into the fully equipped kitchen. Dockside Daze/Sunday checkout 5pm/Riverfront

Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.

Original Washington "Caboose, etc."

I Built in 1913, this historic site was originally the Norfolk-Southern Cafe. In the 1930s, the building was the site of grocery stores and meeting spaces, eventually becoming a popular coffee shop called "The Coffee Caboose". The space was converted into a private house, located steps from the waterfront and downtown dining and shopping. We sincerely invite you to come and enjoy our waterfront town.
