Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

Monariz was a wonderful host, The place was clean and had all the amenities that I needed, felt right at home. The Front desk Security was friendly and active 24/7 no matter what time I returned to residence. The residence was In a convenient location and many restaurants and markets were in walkable distance, I enjoyed going to the park right up the block for my morning runs. would definitely recommend the place if you're looking for something that's convenient to the surrounding manila area!

Awesome place close to pretty much anything, malls, restaurants... Host is super helpfully and accommodating. Spacious rooms, clean, 2 bathrooms...perfect for group of 4. And for those who can live without Aircon, there’s one in each room. Would go back anytime.

The place was great, but what really set it apart was the hospitality and responsiveness of Maria. All concerns were addressed immediately. The cleaner who came was also super friendly, and made sure the upkeep of the room was always maintained.

I would highly recommend this place especially to those who have pets as they can freely roam the yard and have fun as well. The place also has a lot of restaurants that you can order from, and is also near malls. We had fun as well, thank you.

We’ve stayed in this unit three times now, and each visit has been wonderful. While we haven’t met Ms. Rosalie in person, she has always been a very accommodating host. Her instructions are always clear, and the unit is consistently clean, offering a relaxing space to return to after our trip to EK. ☺️

We had a problem with our initial booking at another place. Thankfully, Eds was willing to accommodate us even an hour before check in. Eds was very proactive with our stay. Always a text away should we have any problem with the place (very minimal, btw). Place has a home-y feel. Very relaxing. Location is also very convenient as it is near restaurants and a grocery store next door. We had a wonderful time (my dog, especially). Will definitely be back soon!

The Human touch will still supreme. The host or representative meets with a greetings and a smile, and takes you to your condo and show you how everything works and at end asks, “do you have any questions, and let us know if we can be help at any time. 5 stars in my book. Ms Anne was so responsive from when I was still inquiring about her place until check out. She gave detailed instructions that you don’t need to ask a lot of questions anymore. Her staff, Sir June, helped us with checking in and out, which makes it more convenient and helpful, especially when you’re not familiar with the place. The place was so accessible and is just a walking distance to MOA and SMX. We felt really at home during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience!

Its a great deal, the place is so convinient to go to some fastfood/restaurant, near bus terminal and public transportation. The bed is comfortable, cozy and spacious. the amenities is awesome! with mini honesty pantry area. Outside every afternoon was so windy, a breath of fresh air/ so chillaxing with frendly neighborhood. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMFY PLACE IN PASAY👍👍👍

A fantastic place as a Manila base. Spacious and clean with easy access to a swimming pool and great restaurants around. A pretty high end and secure neighbourhood. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Ms. Rosary is very kind host. She quickly sent assistance during our stay at her unit when we have concern. Also her housekeeping personal, Ms. Maricris is very approachable. The unit is clean and we enjoy our stay.
