You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, its cleanliness, and coziness. When you stay at this lovely apartment, you'll be staying on a working farm so there are no pets allowed. The on-site farm store has grass fed beef, pasture raised pork & lamb, farm raised chicken and turkey available as well as seasonal vegetables. Fresh eggs will be provided for you during your stay.

Gather at the big dining table, the propane fire pit, or the stone gas fireplace. Swim and paddle all summer, watch the foliage come in over the water in fall, ski Tenney (10 min) or Ragged (25 min) in winter — our dirt driveway is plowed and sanded all season. A/C, fast Wi-Fi, gate to keep kids and dogs off the road.

This camp is centrally located and easy to get to. 20 minutes to Winnisquam, Winnipesaukee, and Newfound Lake. Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing.
