Helen’s place a super clean, comfortable and suited us well after a long day on Route 66. Helen’s communication was excellent and friendly. We were very grateful for her taking us in as a late in the day booking after we had an issue with a different property we had booked and she was really helpful in sorting us out.

The property was perfect for us and our pups! We enjoyed walking to the river and taking the dogs for a swim. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We had family over for a bbq and sat outside enjoying the cute surroundings and built a fire. The hosts were wonderful as well! Would love to stay again!!!

I won’t lie I was nervous after reading few reviews. However, I am glad I didn’t let that get to me while booking. This place was in beautiful location. The home felt like home. Everything was great about this place including the host who was very good on responding. If I had to choose one downfall would probably be that there is no washer and dryer. No one likes traveling with dirty clothes. However, after reaching out to host she did offer to let me do couple loads. Hopefully that could be something they offer the guest in future. My family visits the river every year around this time. Who knows R.V.’s might just be the home we choose to stay at again. Ps. Neighbors to left was very friendly seem to be a resident year around. Great neighborhood.

A great stay! Perfect fit for my family of 5 and a great retreat during the soccer tournament. Huge common area with plenty of seating. My kids loved the pool/game room with additional lounging space. Kitchen had everything you need. The house is super clean and updated. And the host is very responsive. Quiet street. And so so close to the rotary park. Will be back next year!

This was just as the pictures showed. Really nice quiet neighborhood, seems like many older couples who are retired live in the area. The house was very clean and the instructions to get inside were very easy. You can see the view of the river from the living room. The host was very responsive and proactive. There was a little issue with a neighbor thinking we were breaking in, but Annabel was very quick to jump into action called the police station and was right there supporting us along the way! Safe to say the neighborhood is very safe! And the neighbor was very sweet. I would stay again! 😀

Laura and Kenny were very friendly and caring people. They made sure you had everything you needed. It was a great location for our stay.

We have stayed at this house multiple times. Lawrence is always such a great host, the home is always so clean and tidy. We love that he allows pets! The pool is in great shape and the backyard is perfect. We will continue to rent this home for as long as he has it available. Thank you, Lawrence.

from start to finish this house was amazing! Barb and Pat did a wonderful job. there were a couple hiccups, but they were extremely helpful and accommodating. my family, as well as my 2 huskies were allowed to enjoy the pool, which was a winner in my books! i will definitely be using them again, and will recommend to everyone. my twins sure loved the small area of the pool that they could walk around in. the views are amazing! the floor plan is great, as its wide open. 10/10 highly recommend this house, as well as any other listings from lazy river getaways!

This was a nice place to stay. It is a great location to get onto the water taxi to go to the casinos. Also, it was pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the view of the river.

Our stay here was perfect! Such a beautiful place. Everything was super clean and the host was very quick to respond to any questions and provided great recommendations! The pool and jacuzzi were also very clean and relaxing. This was a very private fun place to stay. 5 stars!

I would like to say this was my second time booking this home, this time was just as lovely as the first. Very clean and very fun place to stay at. Everything was like 10-15 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and will probably book it again soon.

Me and 3 of my friends stayed here for 3 nights and we had a great time! The place was perfect for our trip. This was my first time using Airbnb and Ryan was very helpful and made everything super easy.

My siblings and I traveled to the area for one of our sibling’s funeral. We found the house to be exactly what we needed. We didn’t do much cooking , only breakfast. We had what we needed to prepare our meals. Since everything we needed was there, I didn’t need to contact Eric about anything. Which was nice. I did find the entry code quit clever, very easy to remember. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again.

i came to dolan springs to visit family. marys home is easy to find with the GPS and shes responsive. this was my 1st time ever renting i let mary know that she was very accomodating and guided me through the process. i let her know we were 6 people and she was able to offer us a solution. we stayed here specifically because we had 2 kids and this place had a pool. the cabin is beautiful i wish i lived there its so adorable. the bathroom is VERY clean. there is one inside and a shared one outside. theres a dog área if you have pets.this is a desert área bring claritin D if prone to allergies. mary has huge friendly dogs. cabin was clean and felt homey overall a great experience and would love to stay over again if mary & her husband allows us too. thankyou so much ❤️

I had an amazing experience . I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an entertaining home for family. I am a mother of 7 and they all had fun. Not one complaint of being bored. Restaurants and casino only a 10 -15 min drive. I look forward to booking this home again in the near future.

Truman + Jessica’s place is a great stay for anyone traveling through Golden valley. We drove 8 hours and got in much later than planned. Even in the middle of the night we were able to follow their clear instructions to get inside. Life on their ranch offered minimal light pollution so the skies opened up beautifully!! The star gazing was amazing, which we would have missed if we arrived during the day time. I would recommend this place. Very sweet couple. The home was cozy and offered ample amenities.

The house felt like home and we used almost all the amenities. Grill, back patio, dining room table, Kitchen table for breakfast and snacks. The best part was the garage game right on. We used everything in there and used it as our family time in the evening.

This was the second time we've stayed here. It was just as nice and comfortable as the first time. Roseann and Danny were very responsive and friendly. Would love to stay here when we're back in town.
