This space is the entire basement, you may or may not share yard space with renters upstairs if rented. AC is controlled upstairs, but reach out if warm or cool.

This spacious, newly remodeled loft features a private, secured entrance, a huge, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a laundry room with front load washer and dryer. The bedroom features a large walk in closet and its own entrance to the laundry room and full bathroom. The living room, with floor to ceiling windows offers a great view of the historic downtown Montezuma square.

Come experience small town living in the heart of downtown Grinnell. In 2017, I completed the historical renovation of this 100 year old gem that was vacant for a few years. You will notice the soaring ceilings and the gleaming hardwood floors once you step inside my loft. Situated next to the Strand Movie Theatre, you'll be within walking distance of Grinnell College, grocery stores and many restaurants.
