Maryna is an excellent host! She was very responsive when we had an issue with the lockbox, she sent someone there within 10 mins and she also came by to ensure the issue was resolved. The home was really nice, very clean and smelled fresh. On my next visit to Sanford I would love to stay here again.

This house was exactly as described! It was so clean and beautiful and had everything we needed and more! The thoughtfulness that went into this house is amazing! Annette had thought of things we needed that we had not thought of! The house is within walking distance to the beach and every neighbor we encountered was so friendly! The neighborhood felt safe and homey. We recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Perfect location in a private & quiet country setting, just minutes away from restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc. Although in Sanford, it only took ~50 minutes to get to Disney via 417. Luxurious & inspiring interior with professional design. Every bed was oh-so-comfy, including the twin beds. Fabulous & comfortable screened porch. We didn't want to leave & look forward to hopefully staying again...Wonderful! The host is excellent at communications.

Stayed her with family for ny daughter's graduation from Embry-Riddle. Shane was responsive and the home was very clean. It was nice to be so close to the beach! The washing machine and full-sized kitchen appliances was so helpful with a large family for meals.. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

The pool, though unheated as noted in the listing, was a fantastic addition, and the overall property provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The host was exceptional—quick to respond, professional, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great experience. Their communication was top-notch, making the entire process seamless from booking to check-out. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious property with a fantastic host. We stayed here once before and were so happy to return—it was just as great the second time! The views are beautiful, and the peaceful, relaxed setting makes it easy to feel at home. We loved how there was plenty of room in the fridge for all our family’s meals and snacks, and they even had coffee available so we could enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the sunrise. The thoughtful touches throughout the home, like toys and dishes for the kids, really make it an easy and enjoyable stay. We’ve recommended it several times over the last couple years and look forward to coming back next time!

needs to be more specific on details.. the listing says he stays there sometimes. but he actually lives there full time... didn't have as much privacy as we were expecting. but Richard was a great host, very nice!

Excellent location, very spacious rooms except the kitchen was a bit minimal. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

She was very friendly and answered all my questions. Might include the room number in the instructions. Also that there is no one there on a Sunday, and only needs to check with the office if you need additional parking passes. Also include how and where to dispose trash bags when needed. 1st floor across from room 109. I will definitely stay again.

One of the best places we've ever visited. Kathryn and Mike couldn't have been more hospitable and welcoming. The property was peaceful, with a canopy of old growth trees, and a wonderful breeze which made sitting on the gliders a morning must. The cabin was spacious with all the amenities of home; we wanted for nothing. This place was an amazing find. We hope to make it our annual respite.

Amazing view, beach accessible. The elevator situation a little unfortunate. But would definitely stay again and hope to!!

My wife and I come to Daytona every year from Wisconsin. We have stayed at many beach front condos in the area. This by far is the best one. The property was very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is amazing. Great sunrises every morning. It was everything the listing promised. Eric was a great host, he was friendly and communicated very well. We will definitely stay here every time we come down if possible. We would highly recommend this property.

Peaceful, quiet, beach retreat. If you are looking for a quiet beach location away from the hustle and bustle this is a great spot. Clean amenities throughout the condo complex and this condo is spotless! Would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent location and accommodations. There were plenty of restaurants and activities to do in the area; golfing, Pickleball, mini golf, shopping, and the beach. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise. We would highly recommend Elise’s condo on Ponce Inlet. Our month-long vacation at the beach was just what the doctor ordered. We will definitely be back!!!

Although it started off rough the host WAS VERY RESPOVISE AND fixed the issue immediately . The place overall was great , will book again. The host was outstanding , will book again.
