Christine's place was very pleasant and we felt very safe there (very important for we girls who stayed there). We came and left the townhouse at all hours due to a very hectic schedule and always felt secure. I would love to stay in this comfortable townhouse again.

We enjoyed our stay at Melody‘s place. It’s very close to the beach and the beds were comfortable, plus, it was nice to have our dog with us. It was clean and overall enjoyable, especially for the price.

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very comfortable and well furnished. The flight of stairs to the first floor and the flight of stairs to the bedrooms were challenging to our knees. Having a garage for our boat and beach stuff was very much appreciated. It was in a lovely location. I recommend getting the annual pass for the dog beach online before going. It is $20. The entrance fee to the beach without a pass is $11. The front and rear porches and front door were inaccessible due to construction and will be for a few more weeks at least.

This location can't be beat. It was perfect for early beach visits and afternoon pool time. There is easy beach access right out the front door and close to a shower so you can rinse off when you leave the beach. The community is very clean and quiet. The space is equipped with all you need for a relaxing beach vacation. WiFi worked great throughout the home. The space seems a bit dated, however that is part of the charm. I felt at home and very comfortable, especially with my small children. I can't recommend this place enough.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days over Christmas while visiting family in the area and it worked out lovely!!! We had our dog with us, so this was the perfect apartment for us. Nice fenced in yard and felt very private but yet still walking distance to Daytona Beach and restaurants! We had booked this very last minute and Aurelia communicated promptly and clearly with check in instructions. Very clean and tidy with everything you would need in the kitchen to make some meals if you are staying awhile. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Definitely check out Pat’s Riverfront cafe just around the block for some great basic breakfast or lunch with a nice view! Would definitely stay here again- what a gem!

Nice condo, great location. We really enjoyed being there. We did find the check in checkout process to be a pain. Most places have a lockbox or something so you can let yourself in. This property management company requires you to check in at their office, which is at a different location from the condo between 4-5pm the day of check in. We have been to New Smyrna several times and never needed a car. We had to rent a car just to be able to get back and forth from the property management office at this specific time with our luggage. Worse for us because we had come from Washington State and flown in on a Red Eye flight….no sleep. We asked ahead of time if there was a way to get in early. Nope. Also know when you check out you must drive the keys back to the Property Management office location by 10:00am.

We have stayed in a number of places in Daytona for JeepBeach and finally found the right place! Excellent location, walkable to the beach. Nice and quiet, great to have a yard for our dog as well. Unit was exactly as described. Aurelia was super nice and quick to respond. Nice to have off street parking too! Highly recommended!!

Perfect location for our needs. The home is more spacious than expected and loved the style of the furnishings and decorations. The host is super helpful and very responsive. Great touches throughout and felt very welcomed.

The host was great at responding to any questions that we had before and during our stay. She worked quickly to resolve any issues or concerns that we had. The location was great and was within walking distance to the beach. The airbnb was very clean and felt very welcoming.

She was an awesome host her place was great . Recommend if ever need to stay in Deltona again would stay there if available.👍🏻

Nice little spot that was very clean. The host is very responsive and accommodating. This has nothing to do with the host but pay attention to the tide charts! The house is right across the street from the beach but when it is high tide there is not really any beach there.

Christine’s place is a wonderful stay. I stayed with my two year old and it was so comfortable for us they even had some children’s dish’s to use. Everything was clean and we also had everything we needed for making meals that was a big plus for me having to cook a lot! I ended up needing to stay another night and she was extremely kind and flexible.

This was the perfect spot for me to stay for a weekend trip to visit central FL. The house was spotless and had everything I needed. I cooked the first night and wasn’t missing anything. The 2nd night I wanted to try some local spots and Erik was able to give me some good suggestions just a short 5-10 min drive to downtown Sanford which is super cute. The beds were comfy and the amenities were updated and modern. I also am a single woman and felt very safe in this location. I also loved there was a private gym on the property so I could get a sweat out in the AM. Erik was great to communicate with helped me with check in, check out, and suggestions on places to eat at and visit during my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this host and Airbnb for your next stay. Location: 30 min from theme parks, 10 min from down town Sanford, 45 min from beach. Overall cannot complain

This was the first time in a while that my husband and I along with our 3 adult children could all get together on a vacation. We brought my husband here for his 50th birthday and had a wonderful time!! Great location to the beach AND restaurants. We really enjoyed our time.

Perfect place for our mother-daughter getaway. Only a short walk to the beach and pool area. Kolleen was an excellent host. She went above and beyond to purchase a beach umbrella for my daughter and she provided local recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We will definitely be back!

Initially we were looking for a beachfront but we booked late and couldn’t find anything suitable. Kaisey’s place was within a very short walk to the beach and it looked brand new so we booked. We were very impressed with the quality top to bottom renovation, the cleanliness, the new furnishings throughout, the comfortable beds and cotton linens, the well stocked lovely kitchen with brand new appliances, and the myriad of well thought out amenities. The garage was also very convenient for us as we had golf gear. The only minor drawback was that the townhouse is located on a traffic ridden street - however given all the other benefits this would not deter us from booking again.

We love Kayla’s home. It was perfect for a family of 6, celebrating my son’s graduation. All comfort, spacious, within e few minutes walk from the beach. Privacy with 3 beautiful bedrooms and ample living/dining/kitchen, fully equipped for cooking together. I loved the beach cart with all beach amenities: we fit right into the local beach culture. Highly recommend for beach lovers and family events. Thank you Kayla and Jason!

Great location and friendly people you meet on the beach!! It’s not over crowded and nice place to relax and take a breather!! I highly recommend a stay at Lindsey’s!!

A grey place for our needs-a place to sleep and rest!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this magnificent accommodation. Located right on the ocean with the beach 65 feet away, the accommodation was a real haven of peace. For those who don't like swimming in the sea, a swimming pool is also available. Ideal for families, we found the accommodation impeccable and very clean, with everything you need for a great vacation. If I'm ever in this area again, I'll definitely return to this accommodation.

LOTS of room, easy walk to the beach, and close drive to the main strip of restaurants and shops

This place was nice and very convenient to everything. The area was nice and quiet, the neighbors were friendly and it felt safe.

Taylor's home was just what we needed! Plenty of room for 4 adults and a child. Location was great, close to restaurants and the beach access. She was also very friendly and responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was expected and no surprises. Did get locked out and Anna was very responsive in getting new code set up to enter. Home had well stocked kitchen.
