Perfect for the travelling executive or couple, the carriage house is newly remodeled and offers the same little details you would want in your own home: Wi-Fi, 50” TV, SONOS Friendly, Keurig coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen, heated bathroom floors, comfortable queen size bed, 800 count bedding, washer/dryer, luggage stands, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The carriage house is perfectly situated in a charming, quiet neighborhood setting just 5 minutes from downtown Bellevue and Kirkland and 10 minutes from downtown Seattle (close to 520 bridge). This is a perfect get-away where you can relax and explore all the wonders of the beautiful Pacific Northwest — an ideal place to call home while you experience the culture and activities of Seattle. Less than 2 miles from Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square shopping centers, you are minutes from world class dining, shopping, entertainment, boating, hiking, skiing, and golfing. The carriage house is dedicated to hospitality: it is clean, spacious, and filled with the essentials. The kitchen is ready for the gourmet chef to cook and if cooking is not your passion there are many amazing restaurants that are just a couple of miles away. We live in the main house and will be happy to answer questions and to help make your visit perfect. Check in is after 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. This great base for business and pleasure trips has quality at every turn, views that can't be beat, & minutes from Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, Redmond, mountains, lakes, and much more. Enjoy the craftsmanship, architectural detail, & luxurious furnishings. .. AirBnB doesn't categorize this "double studio" suite with kitchen/dining between. Two beds convert to 3* * full size Euro-bed & * trundle daybed converts into a king size bed or two twin beds. Craftsman doors separate sleep space Kitchen has induction cook top that heats very rapidly but leaves cook surfaces cool / warm to the touch. And there is a browning microwave which works like a regular microwave and has a traditional oven heating element to brown / bake with.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit... easy I-90 access... 15 minutes to seattle, 10 minutes to bellevue, 15 minutes to Redmond and 25 minutes to the Pass .. situated on 3 acres with creek running thru, can walk out and be at lake in 5 minutes, enjoy a little bit of country close to everything. Comfortable family friendly LARGE separate SUITE located downstairs within a 3 story home. You will have the entire lower level with a private entrance. Bright with many windows. 15 min from the airport, Downtown Bellevue or Seattle. EZ access to Hwy 405. We are looking for guests who will be considerate and want to relax and enjoy their home away from home. Relax with 3 TV's room. Laundry can be arranged for long stays of 7 days or more. Not recommended for someone with limited mobility.

This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain.
