Our stay was fantastic. I had a little trouble unlocking (user error) and Claire was very quick to help out. The house was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Joseph messaged me after check in to make sure everything was to our standards. It exceeded all expectations. The furniture and beds were Very comfortable and clean. The house is very close to an excellent bagel shop and only 10 minutes from downtown Newport. We felt right at home. Will definitely be back!

Another exceptional visit! Annie's home is cozy and comfortable, and VERY well appointed. As before, communicating with Annie was a breeze, and the location is ideal. A short drive north to Wickford (straight out of a Hallmark movie), or south to the shops and restaurants of Narragansett. The whimsical artwork and other touches make it a perfect respite from our busy lives.

Pat is a Superhost Extraordinaire! Felt at home in charming and comfortable house. Fully equipped kitchen with snacks too! The space is super clean with towels galore. Pat has thought of everything and more .... Cannot ask for a more thoughtful and generous host! The location is walkable to Brown University and parking is convenient on premises. There is even an outdoor space to relax (weather permitting). Wifi worked great. Thank you for making our stay in Providence so enjoyable!

Could not have been happier with our weekend stay. The home was perfect for our two families with young children. There was plenty of space for everyone, everything was very clean and the bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed. Lots of added touches. I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. We had a weekend wedding in Newport & decided to extend for a family vacation. We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. It was a quick walk to beach, some restaurants & the cliff walk. Cheery place & Nice neighborhood. Rooms were very spacious. Yard & deck were a bonus. Allowing us to bring our dog was a huge help & added to the joy of our family time together. Overall, it was a great place for us to hang together & take advantage of all Newport has to offer. Sarah was extremely responsive & timely and a pleasure to work with. We came to town for the marathon and Mary and Dwight’s place had the comfy couch and beds we needed for a relaxing recovery. They were proactive and responsive hosts and had easy check in and check out instructions! We enjoyed our stay in Newport and several of their local recommendations.

Apartment was pristine, ultra comfortable, and perfectly located. Loved having a washer dryer, extra blankets and nearby off street parking. Overall, would highly recommend.

Nice place to stay. Easy to find and was quiet and had all the essentials.

Nice large apartment with all you need. The location is great for getting around, either by walking or the easy public transit system. Comfortable and homey. There is a possibility of a lot of late night noise outside (two nights out of two for us) due to its location, but we slept well anyway. It was great to be able to do laundry in the building.

This was a true gem--the best experience I have had in over 15 yrs of using AirBnb! The attic apartment is as cozy as it looks online, tastefully designed with an aesthetic eye, spotlessly clean, and super well-appointed. The space is lovely and quite luxurious. I am very glad I stayed there as a long-term renter. The weather was not too hot or cold when I stayed, but the heating was easy and controllable by room. Knowing I would be needing to cook meals, do laundry, etc., Susan had truly equipped the apartment with everything I might need, including getting a new countertop oven for baking in case I needed it. She and her family were always helpful and had lots of local suggestions of things to do/see/eat, as needed. They live in the building and Susan is super responsive! The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and its easy to get to/from Brown Univ. I felt safe walking home even after dark. I would stay here again, no question, and I hope I have a chance to come back soon!

Cozy, comfortable, perfect location for exploring the "cottages" and the cliff walk. Was also quiet and residential, though just a few minutes from restaurants and the main touristy street. We didn't have a car and didn't feel we were missing out. Also, as others have said, the bed was so comfortable - I'm already thinking about going back!! And the chocolates and tea were such a lovely touch!

Location is great - steps away from Thames St. It was clean and the staff are very friendly. They checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed.

I grew up in the area and know Newport well. After a wedding on Cape Cod, we were looking for a place to unwind for a few days. (1) The location is great; right off Thames St. in the heart of downtown, and right down the street from the Vanderbilt (great hotel bar, restaurant, and roof deck) -- that said, we visited in October when Newport isn't crowded; I can imagine it might be a bit noisy in the summer. (2) David was a very responsible host. (3) The apartment, though small (as are most of them in the colonial section of downtown Newport) was well kitted out (in the summer, the washer/dryer would be a real plus; ditto for the small back patio). (4) If you want to stay in and watch shows/videos, it's well equipped (e.g., Hulu, etc.). (5) Wifi was flawless. (6) Parking across the street was $30 for 24 hours.

Great location! Easily accessible to the beach either via driving or walking. Quiet area. It was a nice place to stay for the weekend.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

We stayed at this Airbnb for a weekend while visiting and attending a couple of family functions. The place was very clean and neat. The check-in was very clear and easy to access. Overall, good stay!!

We had a group of 6 women for an overnight trip. We all were very comfortable with the condo. Very clean and spacious. There was plenty to do in walking distance although it rained all during our stay. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you Matthew for letting us use your condo, we had a wonderful time!
