The Twelve Oaks Bed & Breakfast is a grand historic home built in 1836 (before the city of Atlanta was established) and is right in the heart of historic Covington with an easy walk to the Covington square with shops and dining and to all of the historic homes and film sites in the historic district. Breakfast at Tiffany’s is a comfortably cozy room on the third floor with a great view of the garden from the antique ladies writing desk in the dormer window (Note: There is not an elevator. If you have trouble with stairs, you may prefer one of our other rooms on the first floor). The gorgeous queen size tiffany blue French antique bed is fit for a queen and thought to date from the late 1700s from France. It has amazing craftsmanship including talented paintings of cherubs and gardens across the headboard and footboard along with carved ormolu. In the bath you’ll find a tiffany blue slipper claw foot tub with standing shower, where you can soak in Holly Golightly style with a glass of wine and good book. You’ll enjoy the in-room double sink vanity where you can get ready in the morning while enjoying the flat panel TV and remote control fireplace. Indulge in Egyptian cotton sheets, Turkish robes, and fabulous amenities. Then join us for our complimentary Southern Sippin' and Nibblin' hour in the afternoons and for a full home-cooked and locally sourced breakfast in the morning. Turn-down service with chocolate truffles and waters is also included along with free parking and high speed WIFI.
