It’s been a pleasure to meet & host others, and we look forward to our last couple months! 🏡 Mid Century bluff home with views of the rolling Georgia and Tennessee mountains. Open kitchen floor plan, natural light, and four bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests (up to 8 for immediate family). We are best suited as a QUIET & peaceful retreat. We are located in a full time residential neighborhood.

Mountain's Edge by AAF, built in 2024, is right where you want to be! A cozy, stylish home overlooking the gorgeous views of the valley. While being just far enough away to enjoy the benefits of a quiet mountainous getaway, you're also 25 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, TN, where there is an abundance of amazing activities to partake in! It features a comfortable living space, stunning view with a double decker porch, hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of peace and quiet to relax and enjoy!

Nestled deep in the woods and surrounded by trees and birdsong, this peaceful retreat is the perfect escape from everyday life—yet only 35 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Step outside and you’ll hear the gentle flow of the creek just steps away. Sip your morning coffee on the porch, soak in the hot tub under the stars, or simply enjoy the quiet serenity of the forest. Wandering Gypsy Tiny House - Best view on Lookout

With the best view from our mountaintop tiny house retreat outside of Chattanooga, sits the Wandering Gypsy Tiny House! Designed by Emily Key, this funky cozy tiny house is built with all recycled materials. Enjoy breathtaking (hot tub) sunsets from the best views on the bluff of Lookout Mountain! Our secluded location is in close proximity to all of Chattanooga's coveted outdoor adventures! Rock City, Ruby Falls, and Cloud-land Canyon (Waterfall Hikes) are all within a 10 minute drive!

The Nest by the River

This private, romantic house is the perfect getaway for couples. Constructed in 2017, this two story house is set in the backdrop of the Tennessee River gorge. Oversized glass windows on both floors provide breathtaking view of the river and surrounding mountains. Just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and five minutes from kayak and stand up paddle boarding rentals as well as hiking trails. Please only those 21 and up. Please note the house is up in a hill, the driveway is steep.

The Lookout Mountain Birdhouse

Welcome to the Lookout Mountain Birdhouse! This modern cabin in the woods (completed in 2021) is surrounded by stone, trees, and a breath taking view! This house was built to stretch towards the clouds with a 1000 sqft deck and bird's eye view from inside. The 8 foot windows allow for an unobstructed view. Welcome to my custom-built Aframe in the forest just 90 mins from Nashville. This quiet retreat perched on the Cumberland Plateau was recently featured in Travel + Leisure and gives you access to the hikes and waterfalls the area is known for, while offering an elevated experience. Enjoy the soaking tub, gas fireplace, fast wifi, Smart TV, well-appointed kitchen, and bluff views. Sewanee University, Cumberland Caverns, Fiery Gizzard, and Sweetens Cove are all within a short drive.

Nickajack Overlook

Please note - this rental is not on the lake and does not have lake access, it just overlooks it from across the road. There are three boat launch access areas that are 6 minutes from the property. This cottage overlooks Nickajack lake and is a perfect place to relax! Located outside of Chattanooga, just one mile off exit 161 on I-24. This location has 2 king beds, and a small bunk room (with RV size mattresses)
