This property is a ground floor studio flat.It's based in the village and is close to the shops, super markets and about 300 meters from the beautiful beach area.It's very quiet and the building is cool.Το σπιτι ειναι μια γκαρσονιερα ημιυπογειο.Ειναι δροσερο και φωτεινο. Δεν εχει μπαλκονι εχει ομως στην πισω αυλη τραπεζακι για τους επισκεπτες. Τα σουπερ μαρκετ ειναι πολυ κοντα περιπου πεντε λεπτα με τα ποδια.Η παραλια ειναι δεκα λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το σπιτι.....

You leave your car in our yard and you have the possibility to do everything on foot (sea, entertainment and shopping). It has a balcony with a table to enjoy your coffee and food, while you can freely use the grill in the gazebo. You are in the center of Nikiti, but at the same time having the sense of privacy and tranquility you are looking for!

SithoniaRS Ground Floor Gem is located in Nikiti, just walking distance from the sea. It sleeps 4 in one double bed and two single beds. Guests staying at this 50 square meters apartment have access to a garden with a sitting area.
