Mark and Ahmed’s place is a gem in the heart of Maadi. Tucked away on a quiet street, the apartment is charming and cozy and lives up to its description. The place is impeccably clean and well furnished with all kitchen items you’d need for the stay. Instructions for check-in are very clear and informative. The balcony / terrace also lives up to the hype. It’s a perfect place to sip a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy the breeze in the evening. Mark and Ahmed are super helpful, responsive, and keen to help their guests enjoy their stay. Special thanks to Ahmed, who stopped by to address a small issue with the water heater (immediately resolved!) and for both hosts for checking in to make sure my stay was pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found the apartment very relaxing. I will definitely stay here again when in Maadi!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at tarek’s place from the moment i arrived.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Om -Ahmed a wonderful kind lady who showed us around and answered all of our questions. As a family of five 4 adults and one teen we found the property to be very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The property was clean and smelled fresh and to ours surprise our host Kahled had provided drinking water , soft drinks , fresh juice , tea , coffee and milk and even a big platter of fresh fruits and two huge boxes of traditional Egyptian seasonal cakes and biscuits. This was very gracious and very well appreciated after our long flight. The property is literally across the road from CityStars a huge modern shopping mall with hundreds of shops, restaurants, a cinema, kids adventure playgrounds and even a snow slope. Otherwise, the location is a short drive away from downtown and all the tourist sites. However, the best thing about this property is its amazing host Khaled and OM Ahamed who stopped at nothing to ensure our comfort.

Wow! Rana was such a lovely host. This apartment blew me away. Everything about it was perfect. It was so big, everything was incredibly clean, there were TVs in each room. Kitchen was big enough to cook in. I could have stayed here a month! Felt like a nice home. Area is so good. Most peaceful neighborhood in Egypt. So quiet and peaceful and nice area to walk around, exercise and shops within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Rana met us for check in and she was so helpful and responsive. A perfect place!

Ziad is indeed a super host, one of the best I have encountered. He offers prompt assistance whenever needed. Apt has a great location. Markets, cafés. Restaurants. And most importantly metro station. Clean and well designed Apt with huge comfy bed and great linens. Thank you ziad for your generosity.

Ahmed is very nice person .we spend wonderful days in his accommodation. the only problem he got one air-conditioning in one room.

I stayed in this property for a week and I was very satisfied. It’s right next to Rehab Souq, so it was easy to grab a bite at Ibn Sham Restaurant or Al Haty Restaurant it grab groceries or toiletries etc. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the host and his son were communicative and helpful.

Hands down, one of the best experiences I've had! I felt SAFE, the guesthouse was a dream, & you are really welcomed in as family. The entire road is just his family - I recommend his nephew Muhammad for a taxi to the airport (so nice & helpful!), his brother Hussein as your local Tuktuk driver (he is AMAZING and his wife Zarah can do the most beautiful henna!! They invited me into their home and we shared such a special time.). Went I first landed in Cairo traveling alone, I was pretty overwhelmed & I reached out to him. He immediately connected me with a taxi, welcomed me when I came, and went above & beyond in his hospitality and generosity the whole time. His kindness made me feel very safe as soon as I came. I had dinner (oh WOW it was good) in his family home and breakfast on the roof (so worth it). I can't recommend this place enough. The best memories I have from Luxor are with him and his family and I can't recommend it enough. Stay here. :) The best place to stay in Luxor!

الحي راقي وهادي جدا السكن يفتح النفس من تصميم وجلسات خارجيه والدخول والخروج واخذنا الثلاث شقق تكفي ١٠ اشخاص واكثر نظيفة مرتبه ومجهزه بالشاشات الذكيه والبثلجات ومعدات المطبخ والاسره مريحه ونظيفة جدا وتعامل الدكتور صاحب الشقق راقي وسريع وامانته معنا تدرس والله نظفوا المكان لنا وفعليا رجعت زي ما كانت بدون ما نفقد شيئ واحد شكرا دكتور على امانتك وطيبتك واكيد اذا رجعنا القاهرة بتكون خيارنا الاول بكل تأكيد

The Boho house is one of the reasons that made me love Cairo. I’m really grateful for taking the decision to rent with Ahmed, Ahmed is truly amazing guy and his way of hospitality is insane, felt like home. The apartment is really cozy is really cozy with an amazing huge outdoor garden that makes it perfect, really was amazed of how green is the house and that fits all the furniture vibe.. Literally you will not need anything, the house is ready with all the equipments you can imagine, even the coffee machines, all the apps on the TV, really made it very easy to enjoy my stay like how i’m stay at home, even better. Not to talk about the location, the house is almost 5 mins away from all well known area, Cairo festival mall, Katameya downtown, all the coffee shops and restaurants, really the location was the best, made me discover a lot of areas in very short time. grateful to know someone like you Ahmed, really thank a lot for everything and the hospitality you gave, see you soon 🙌🏼

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit einem noch schöneren Garten. Die Villa ist auf zwei Flügel aufgeteilt: Der Ostflügel ist sehr groß mit mehreren Zimmern, sehr stilvoll eingerichteten, antiken Möbeln und einer schönen Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den riesigen See vor der Haustüre. Der Westflügel ist ein eigenständiges kleines Haus mit einem Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer - getrennt durch einen wunderschönen antiken Raumtrenner - für bis zu 2 Personen am anderen Ende des Gartens. Der große Garten ist eine grüne & bunt blühende Oase in Mitten der Oaste Fayoums. Überall blüht und zwitschert es. Im Garten leben viele Vögel und eine Katze. Es gibt zahlreiche Schattenplätze, Lauben, Schaukeln, Sitz- und Liegeflächen am Pool und einen Grillplatz. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit der Familie oder Freund*innen, aber auch alleine habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt in der Ruhe. Das Haus liegt im Künstlerdorf Tunis mit vielen schönen Töpfereien in der Nähe.

Die Villa ist großartig, breit und bequem. Der beheizte Pool ist sehr angenehm. Die Umgebung ist klass ruhig. Der Gastgeber Mahmoud hat uns vom Anfang sehr geholfen. Er ist nett, aktiv und kooperierend. Er reagierte schnell auf unsere Anfragen, auch auf solche, die nicht in der Reservierung enthalten waren. Danke Mahmoud für Deine großzügige hospitalität und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Ahmed was an amazing host. Also Khalid the assistant was very quick to respond the messages. The apartment was exceptional! Amazing, extra clean, and fully equipped. Unfortunately the swimming pool wasn’t heated , and the WiFi went off but they fixed it in less than 10 min. Other than that everything was on point as described. Will diff come back.

Our stay at Villa Rose was unforgettable. Fabulous location with friendly and very responsive hosts. The attention to detail made the place feel like a home from home, which was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again. Thank you Rojeh and Nahla

Super clean spot with comfy beds, great vibes, full kitchen, solid speaker for music, and smooth check-in. Loved it every time!

Modern , clean , well furnished apartment in a secure well maintained compound ( Mountain View) in Hyde Park Complex. The host ( Mohamed Islam) is responsive and helpful with local recommendations. The compound is mostly inhabited but some units have occasional ‘finish construction’ noise which could be a nuisance for some people but hopefully this will go away with time.

في الحقيقة المسكن يجمع بين مناخ النيل وهدوء وسكون مدينتي وليس من شيء اجمل من نسمات شتاء النيل إلاّ رحابة وسعة صدر وابتسامة المرشدة السياحية نور .... (مطلة على النيل مباشرة )

Lieber Mohamed, vielen Dank für alles. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt in deinem Apartment. Ich kann das Apartment nur empfehlen, es ist alles wie im Vorweg beschrieben. Und Mohamed ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter, er kümmert sich um alles. Wir brauchten ein Taxi und Mohamed hat sich gekümmert. Tausend Dank dafür.

È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole, la posizione dell’appartamento comodissima vicino al mare,. Ahmed è una persona cordialissima, Molto reattivo al momento del bisogno e comunque sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Se ritornerò ad Hurgada sicuramente prenoterò ancora da lui.

İnternette yazılan ve gösterilen fotolarla tamamen uyumlu bir aparttı. Ev sahibi güleryüzlü, her konuda yardımcı olan bir yapısıyla bize çok büyük kolaylıklar sağladı. Gönül rahatlığıyla gidilecek bir yer.Teşekkürler Waleed☺️
