Lots of farm paths to walk your pet. Encourage off leash if trained. Horses have moved to another farm while pasture and stable rehabbed.

This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. Memorial Hospital 3 blocks, Notre Dame 2.5 miles, downtown 1/2 mile. 8 minutes to SB Airport and 80/90 Toll Road.

This is an older, family friendly apartment complex. Rest assured the unit is clean and comfortable for your stay! The mattress is soft and has a 3" foam topper and we've updated the TV to a 50". Note: there no laundry amenities in the unit or complex, but close in town. Pets are negotiable. Please message if interested.
