When you arrive you will see our Modern Cottage on Hicks Lake with 2 Guest Parking spots. Experience the Kayaks, Paddle Boat, Row Boat, Dock for Fishing(during Season license required) or Sitting with a glass of wine while watching the Geese and Bald Eagles, as well as a Firepit area for evening Smores . The Cottage has 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed and Another Queen Bed in Main Cabin space. Also it's own deck with outdoor seating, eating area and BBQ . Beautiful inside and out. Come stay with us!

With adult and kids kayaks, a rowboat, paddleboat, and canoe we have lots of options to get out and explore the lake. Or take a dip off the private dock when the weather is warm.

Located with easy access to I-5, JBLM, American Lake, Lake Steilacoom, Gravelly Lake, the Tacoma Golf and Country Club, Chambers Bay, Lakewold Gardens, and Thornewood Castle...we’re a mile and a half off of I-5 and about a mile to Starbucks, Safeway, Chipotle and Target...

Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.
