I’ve and urgent work nearby here First, i’m a little bit afraid of some bad reviews here, but this price and place is easy for me to go to work (at central westgate, from here it’s around 10 min to westgate awesome !!!) so i’ll try ! This place is so marvelous, It looks like it has been renovated. The house is very nice, clean and freshly painted. The surroundings look great. At night the house is bright due to newly installed solar cell lights. The room is very clean. The air conditioner and water heater work well. , i found no pests here anymore, Staff is very friendly and helpful I’ll come again !!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very responsive host. I appreciated the communication as it’s our first time in Thailand. We are staying at two of the hosts places, which are close by eachother.

Puwanart's space for my family was a home away from home. Since the time we entered the Areeya estate it felt like a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by residential properties within a gated and guarded community. The neighbourhood is quite, private ,safe and highly suitable for a family. The house is well equipped with all the required amenities and was spotless when we checked in. Bangkok city center is easily accessible by taxi and the best way to get to center is through grab taxis. Also there is a nice market with lot of food and shopping options right at entrance of the estate. I would highly recommend Puwanart's space to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely choose this space in our next visit.

The place is very comfortable and feels like home. will surely book next time we get back to Thailand! easy access to the city and lots of food stalls nearby.

le logement était conforme au photos mais pas très propre. vaiselle pour seulement 2 personnes alors que nous étions 3. Obligation d'avoir un véhicule parceque un peu éloigné de tout. pour le reste tout était parfait

I only have nice things to say about staying in this lovely home. Stayed for a full month and we all really enjoyed being here. Near grocery stores, lots of local food places, very near the BTS. I would truly recommend staying here to anyone! Thank you so much Joyce and Ed for having us. It’s been a really great pleasure. Wishing the best for Umahouse365! The apartment is great and worked well for our stay! It’s located close to many of the Thonglor restaurants and bars, with access to a shuttle for the BTS (about a 25 minute walk otherwise). Also, the building staff are extremely helpful both for check-in and any ad hoc needs, making it much like a hotel stay. Great experience all around.

The Airbnb was fantastic! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it.

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

This place was amazing, very easy and luxurious. Close to everything with a beautiful pool. Extremely clean and well maintained.

Whenever my family and I are in Thailand we would stay at Vina's place. It is in a very nice location. There's a weekday market downstairs with fresh food and fruits among other things. It is very near the metro, and very easy to get grab taxi. Many nice eating places around. It is also near a 711 and mc Donald's. The staff in the building are all very polite and helpful. They give off a feeling of welcome everytime we pass by. The unit itself is very comfortable, spacious and it has everything one could possibly need. Thank you to my hosts for hosting us again. Till our next Thailand trip.

Sanchai was a wonderful host. My friend had an accident and ended up with a broken foot. Sanchai and his family did everything in their power to help us with our unexpected requests. They were also very patient with the uncertainty this situation caused and helped us in order to receive more people in the apartment and for longer days. The communication was excellent with all of his family and immediate. In such situations where the unexpected changes all your plans, it is incredibly reassuring to have people like Sanchai. I couldn’t imagine having lived somewhere else. Finally, the place is a bit far from the famous touristic stuff, but still there are less famous temples you can visit. And it’s appropriate for wheelchairs with the small exception of a tiny step before the bathroom. For me and my family it was the best choice we could have made.

The hosts, Kunjira and Tawee, demonstrated exemplary responsiveness and thoughtful consideration throughout our stay. The experience was truly exceptional, with attention to detail that enhanced our overall visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had everything we needed, especially because we spent most of our days out in the city and came back to rest and recoup for the next day. Lots of space for our large group, plenty of bathrooms, and the location was great for transportation, shopping, etc. Super responsive and helpful host.

The house is good, comfortable, and located in a quiet area. The host is friendly, quick response. 7/11, big C Extra Ladprao or massage salons are in just few minutes walk or Chatuchak night market 15 mins taxi. Highly recommend for big group of 10 - 12 people!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Getting here was a challenge, so I advise you to follow the host's directions carefully, which they provide clear and detailed instructions for. I also suggest at least one Grab ride either going to or back from the property. I felt like a local hanging on the back of motorcycles and taking in the views. Checking in and out was super convenient. They also provided bicycles for you to use free of charge. I was able to use them to go to North Park and back, which I also recommend you visit while staying here. Awesome experience with great hosts!

Nam's place is a little gem hidden in a quiet corner of the bustling capital Bangkok. It consists of two separate units, each with a bedroom and a bathroom. The largest unit also has a dining table, a fridge, a water cooker, and a microwave. Nam also brought us an induction cooker and a rice cooker. The highlight is the beautiful little garden with another dining table, and a pond. The laundry machine is behind the house. All in all, we had a great time. Nam always responded immediately and was very helpful. A 7-11 and a little mall are nearby. It is easy to find a taxi with taximeter at the street. On the way back, you often have to negotiate with the taxi drivers. The neighborhood is very quiet. We highly recommend this place to everyone who appreciates a responsive host, privacy and a green garden!

lovely place to stay in, we immediately felt at home.Quite and peaceful neighbourhood yet at a walkable distance to bigc and few eateries. Host is amazing and very quick to respond. My kids loved the house.
