U heeft een eigen, afgesloten terras met voldoende privacy. In de directe omgeving is de kans groot dat u reeën of een ijsvogel tegenkomt. De ligging is in een natuurrijke omgeving met ruime wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden. Steden zijn makkelijk bereikbaar, Leeuwarden 30 min., Groningen 40 min. Een directe bus naar Heerenveen met o.a. ijsstadionThialf.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Gelegen direct aan het water is er alle gelegenheid tot het huren van bootjes, kano's, fietsen of een sup. De boerderij ligt aan het Zuiderzeepad en vele fietsknooppunten. Het ruime appartement heeft 2 aparte slaapkamers voor totaal 4 personen. Eventueel is een derde slaapkamer/studio apart bij te boeken, enkel in combinatie met het appartement. Op een prachtige plek in het buitengebied van het Friese Noordwolde, waar de vogels talrijk zijn, ligt dit heerlijk knusse huisje. Compleet ingericht, met een sfeervolle pelletkachel en een houtkachel is dit echt een plek om tot rust te komen! Het huisje heeft een eigen omheinde tuin, met een houtgestookte Finse sauna en grenst aan een bos, waar je een fijne wandeling kunt maken. Ook loop je vanaf het huisje in zo'n 20 minuten naar een leuke zwemplas.

Onze boerderij is in 2015 geheel nieuw gebouwd, wij wonen in het achterhuis en het voorhuis is ingericht als vakantie woning. 5 eigen parkeerplaatsen, een ruime tuin met terras waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. 1 slaapkamer op de begane grond met eigen badkamer, de andere 4 slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping met gezamelijke badkamer.
