Our beautiful Victorian cottage is entirely separate from the main house although shares a drive way.it is peaceful, quiet and restful yet the bus stop outside will take you directly into Kingston (10mins) or Putney (15mins) .From the back bedroom you have a view over into Richmond Park which is a 5 minute walk away. The amenities of Hampton Court, Wimbledon tennis and historic Kingston upon Thames are all within easy reach and yet you will feel hidden away in a quiet , harmonious hideaway.

The ancient market town, Kingston upon Thames with its great choice of restaurants, shopping and theatre is just a leisurely 20 min. walk away. If you like to venture out to London, Norbiton Station provides direct access to Waterloo Station. You will enjoy my place because of its location, the outdoor space, the ambiance and the quiet neighbourhood.
