Michelle and Joel are incredible hosts. They are kind, responsive, and have created such a beautiful space for guests to enjoy. We spent a winter weekend reading by the fireplace, making delicious meals, and enjoying the view on beach walks. Every detail of this space is gorgeous and well thought out - great for a weekend with friends or a family get away. Can't recommend these hosts or this space enough! If you're thinking about booking it - do it!

This rental was exactly as described. The place was spacious and comfortable. there were plenty of linens, towels and cleaning products for us to use and keep the place Tidy. the beach was a very short walk and the back of the cottage faces the marsh. the back sun room was great for cozy bird watching. the deck is large and all outdoor furniture in good condition. Ruebin was responsive to our needs and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

What a lovely piece of joy! Felt right at home, multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy. Wonderfully quiet and friendly neighborhood. Communication was perfect, and check in was smooth. We will be back for more zen time. Thank you

Great place to stay. Water access and easy to get back in town. Gave such great info on the house and how to do anything you may need while there.

The Church in Normandale is an absolute gem! Well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay in a great location….a two minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to Burning Kiln Winery where we took in The Sheepdogs concert…so good! We also brought our bikes which we rode to the Eco Adventure to ride some trails and walk the marsh boardwalk - highly recommend. I stayed at Lance's Pink Door Cottage in a group of 14 plus our furry companions over NYE. Our cottage experience was fantastic! Highlights: - Well-stocked and large kitchen for cooking group meals. Having 2 kitchens also meant our friend who is GF could do her separate cooking worry-free. - 4x bathrooms and 2x showers! - Hot tub was pristine. - Lovely little touches and the host left us a gift to celebrate. - Lance was extremely responsive, friendly, and quick to answer any questions. - Multiple living spaces, with lots of seating. - Floors and separate cottage sections are really well sound-proofed, for those who wanted to crash early. Some notes: - Poor cell reception, but that was totally okay since we were looking to disconnect. - Not much is walkable, so be prepared to drive to any local amenities, or cozy up in the cottage for your stay! Overall, we had a great experience, and would absolutely recommend Lance's cottage to others, especially those with large groups!

The location is very close to the beach, sandbar, ice cream shop and restaurant. There is a large yard, and it is very quiet at night. Everything you need in a cottage, is in the kitchen and the back deck is large and nice to sit out on. The windows need screens to keep mosquitoes out. The mattresses are older and will require replacing soon.

Beth's place is exactly like the description and photos. Our family had a great stay (grandparents, infant and small dog). Long Point Park was within walking distance. Even though you're surrounded by other cottages - it is very private - you don't notice the neighbours. It gets VERY quiet at night so the campfire is so peaceful. We made our own meals so the kitchen/BBQ grill/firepit are very accommodating for our group. All cookware and utensiIs available. I really liked the screened in gazebo since we could eat outside and avoid the bugs (and rain!). Beth is very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. 5/5 great place and I would definitely stay here again :)

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus, alles schön dekoriert und das Ambiente ist einfach sehr schön und man fühlt sich sofort wohl in dem Haus! Auch im Garten alles schön mit Lagerfeuer und einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Strand und auf den See. Sehr beruhigend und entspannend! Sonnenaufgang, Sonnenuntergang... Lagerfeuer und dann auch noch Sauna. Einfach alles was man braucht für die Seele und Erholung !!

the place was really nice and clean and it was right beside the lake. beautiful and peaceful area for a relaxing weekend. Leigh and his wife were also very nice and responsible and they tried their best to make us feel comfortable at their place.

We stay for a little over a week over the thanksgiving weekend. The place was amazing and so perfect for our family. The house was amazing and updated. The bathroom tub was my favourite place. Our evening walks were fantastic. Would 100% book again

I had an amazing stay at Tommy’s Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, and all the amenities were exactly what I needed. Tommy was a fantastic host—communicative, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

Stayed here for a girls weekend and this was the perfect spot for a relaxing time together! The home was clean, well laid out and cozy. There were 7 of us and enough space for everyone to sleep and socialize together. The beach was beautiful to walk along. We would stay here again!
