Tinyhouse with sea view at Fytema beach, Ikaria

Our Tiny House was built in 2019 from exclusively ecological material and has a very good insulation against heat. (For ecological reasons, we did not install an air conditioning system.) It is fully equipped and offers much space inside. (20 sq.m.) We used natural, modern style furniture. The Tiny House ist perfect for 2 persons. The additional bed in the living room is 1.75 m and nice for one child or short people not taller than 1.65 m. The new pergola gives shadow to the sitting place.

Το Λιβάδι βρίσκεται σε ένα σημείο που γλιτώνεις τη φασαρία του τουρισμού αν και απέχει απ την πρωτεύουσα, τον Άγιο Κήρυκο, μόλις 12χλμ! Με δύο βήματα βρίσκεσαι στη θάλασσα κ αν πεινάσεις απολαμβάνεις ικαριώτικα εδέσματα στη ταβέρνα "Αροδου" μόλις στα 2χλμ απ' το σπίτι!

The property is located outside the settlement, it is surrounded by nature and is ideal for relaxation and tranquility. The last part of the road to arrive at the accommodation, one kilometer long, is a dirt road. The location is ideal for cycling in the surrounding area, for this purpose 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. By bicycle it is possible to access the surrounding villages and the nearest beach. Horse riding is also available upon reservation.
