The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. Charged at end of stay. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY, UNLESS YOU LET ME KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT FOR THE POOL/SPA FOR THE DAY. YOU MUST LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE AND AT LEAST BY 7 AM OF THE DAY, THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT TURNED ON. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.

Take it easy at this unique space. Just a short five minute walk to the beach. 600 sq ft place, bottom level of our home. 1 bedroom, 1 bth, kitchenette with frig, micro & Keurig. Entry through bottom. 3 AC/dehumidifier’s units. We live on the Marsh and low tide happens twice a day. Couch could be used for one person or some small kiddos. Pop up single bed available. Beach chairs and towels. WiFi can be spotty. Provided but not guaranteed. “Island living”.

The minimum age to book our home is 25 years of age.
