Beautiful place, well appointed, comfortable and great location. Very close to the beach. Gorgeous beach and surroundings. Loved having our coffee and meals on the screened-in porch.

This was the perfect space for me, my husband and 3 year old. The condo was spotless and included everything we needed for our stay, from coffee to beach toys and chairs. The balcony provided great views of the beach and we spotted dolphins while drinking coffee out there in the mornings. The beach, pier, pool, restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Nikki’s place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. Very spacious and perfect for our group. Everything was super clean. We loved the peaceful view of the lake! Fun times in Charleston!

Richard's apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was large and cozy. The refrigerator was huge (by German standards) and stocked with delicious, high-quality drinks. The couch was very comfortable, and the TV was huge and offered attractive programs. Richard provided us with everything we needed for our beach visits. He even bought a baby chair for our little one. Conversation with Richard was easy, courteous, and very friendly. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring Charleston and the surrounding beaches. All in all, an absolute recommendation for your next trip.

This place is undoubtedly one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. After staying at numerous Airbnb rentals, this one stands out as perfect. The scenery is stunning, the home is impeccably maintained, and the communication was both helpful and clear. We are returning to Folly in October, and without a doubt, we will rent this place again if it's available.

This place was the PERFECT central spot! Just as it was described. In the middle of the town and literal minutes walk from the beach! Just enough space for a couple looking to get away. The hosts were responsive and proactive about any issues or questions! Would definitely book again and definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved this little home located on the creek north of Mount Pleasant. From the very beginning, Kathy was wonderful at communicating with us and made our transition to and from so easy. Her and her husband were so kind and helped us get our little boat situated in the water when we arrived. Our stay was exactly what we hoped it to be! Thank you for sharing your home with all of us. We hope to be back in the Charleston area again!

Melissa was a great host! Everything was easy and the place was beautiful. Great location with walkable beach access and easy drive to Mt pleasant and Charleston. we loved it and will definitely look to stay with Melissa again.

I could not believe how charming and beautiful this Airbnb was. Every detail inside was thoughtfully chosen. You could tell there was a lot of love and history in the home. We felt instantly at home. The hospitality was wonderful, and the host gave very clear instructions for our arrival. The space was roomy both inside and out. Outside, we had plenty of privacy without feeling completely isolated. The little church next door added even more charm, and the water view from the front porch was peaceful and relaxing. It made me feel like a kid again. The drive between the Airbnb and Charleston was beautiful too. Each trip back and forth was a joy, not a hassle. The trees were stunning, and it was clear that Johns Island and Wadmalaw Island are special parts of the Charleston area, with so many great restaurants nearby. We were in Charleston for our son's graduation from The Citadel with the full family. We found David's place to be perfect to fit our needs by being close to Charleston and with great house features that accommodated all of us while allowing for plenty of space for "family time". The view from the back porch is beautiful and the rocking chairs on said porch are the perfect touch. The house was immaculate and definitely well kept. Everyone was happy with this choice!

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved playing outside on the rope swing, taking the kayaks on the river, and watching wildlife from the dock. The property is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the Bohicket River, oak trees dripping in Spanish moss, and azaleas and fruit tress blooming. Cyndi and Stephen are kind as can be and wonderful hosts. We loved exploring the area, too. The beach at Kiawah Island is a quick drive and absolutely lovely.

Donald is an excellent host! The house is advertised as a "dog's paradise" and it delivered. The fenced in backyard was well received by our dogs and the screened in porch made it easy to keep an eye on them as we enjoyed the amazing view of the expansive salt marsh. The location of the house is great too, at the tip of the island with not much traffic and just steps from an amazing beach. We love Folley Island and would definitely look to stay at Donald's Marsh House again.

Wonderful stay. Great location. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. It felt like home. Really, everything you might need. Plenty of towels, even beach towels. Condiments in the refrigerator, spices in the cabinet, and all the kitchen utensils and gadgets you might need. We really appreciated the small soft cooler to take on the beach and beach chairs. Beautiful view over the river. Close enough to walk to restaurants, bars and the beach but felt secluded. My husband says the only thing that was missing was a fishing pole.

The air bnb exceeds all expectations we had super spacious and plenty to do inside. The backyard and screened in porch were absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

Found most things to be within 15-20 mins of location with easy access to freeways. Pleasant neighborhood.. felt very safe.

Great location with the pier, beach, access, and restaurants all within walking distance. The place was clean, cutely decorated, cozy, and the perfect place for the two of us to spend a few days. Elizabeth was responsive and friendly.

We stayed here with our family of 5 (3 young kids) and we loved every second. The unit was spotless and very comfortable to sleep, cook and relax in. We loved sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the marsh. Beautiful sunsets! The Seabrook Island amenities are awesome as well. We loved going to the beach and pools as well as eating at the Pelicans Nest. We can’t wait to come back! Definitely worth renting the golf cart as well.

Stayed here two nights and it was perfect. Everything was as expected. Beach access was simple, parking was easy. Provided beach chairs were a nice bonus.

Stayed for a few days with our small family. Grateful for the easy walks to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of play gear available for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for a good cup of coffee and to accommodate some simple meals for our picky children. Great views in the morning, too!

This lovely condo on this gorgeous island was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. We loved it from the moment we walked in. It is well laid out with comfortable, attractive furniture and supplied with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The living areas and all bedrooms have large windows offering stunning ocean views. Outside, the beach goes on forever and is great for long walks. We were happy to have the many balconies and spent a lot of time out there for morning coffee, evening chats, and in between activities. Candace is a great host. If you are thinking of visiting Kiawah, this is an excellent place to stay.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful — clean, bright, and perfectly located for a relaxing beach getaway. Jennifer and Chase were beyond accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their hospitality truly made a difference. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Isle of Palms!
