Located right downtown Napa near some of the world's greatest restaurants, wineries and scenery! Our home is newly renovated and ready to be enjoyed with premium comfort. The bed is a very pricey Tempur-Pedic Queen that makes for maximum deep sleep after enjoying a days worth of wine and food. Our home is very large for downtown and is permitted through the City of Napa with all of the additional safety precautions that a hotel must undergo. We (John & Brad) look forward to hosting you!

Brannan Lofts: Kitchenette King + Queen Sleeper

Our brand-new, ultra-luxurious 5 room hotel stands proudly in the heart of downtown Calistoga. These suites boast plush furnishings, custom-made designer furniture, and a color palette aimed at promoting rest and relaxation. Our rooms are equipped with kitchenettes featuring induction cooktops, refrigerators, dishwashers and offer queen sleeper sofas as well. PLEASE NOTE: This historic building spans two floors, and the hotel is situated on the second floor with no elevator access.

This room has a shared door combining two of our most spacious and bright rooms, featuring large bathrooms and vaulted ceilings. A charming dutch door welcomes you to a space that provides a small kitchen, and accommodations for two (2) adults with a King Bed in one room and two (2) adults on a King Bed in the other. It’s a flexible living and sleep space, and can also accommodate families looking for extra space and additional bathrooms.

Historic Smiley’s Saloon Room 3

Behind the oldest saloon on the west coast, up a private, leafy path is everything you need for a weekend of rest or revelry. Our three smaller rooms feature queen beds and private bathrooms, while the three larger ones have two queens or a queen and trundle and small kitchenettes. Either way, there isn't a better place to hitch up. Catch great live music at Smiley's, right out your door, or rolling waves at the beach, a short stroll away.
