Cozy 1-bedroom apartment perfect for a peaceful getaway or extended stay. Located on the first floor of a 3-story home, it features a private entrance, parking, and a yard with a charcoal BBQ. The living room has two large sofas (one converts to a full bed), and the bedroom offers a queen bed and TV. Enjoy high-speed internet, a full kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, portable washing machine, dryer, dining table and a workspace. Ideal for relaxation or remote work.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). Tiny House Heaven

Cute tiny house 5 minutes from Snohomish. Loft ladder is steep! Sits on family property of 6 acres. The bathroom comes equipped with all the amenities plus washer/dryer. Nice kitchen with fridge, stove and kitchenwares. We have 2 teenagers, 2 dogs and we run a custom cabinet shop on the property. Again…the loft ladder is STEEP…use at your own risk!! We take no responsibility for injuries during your stay.

Welcome to Millcreek! This side suite combines chic decor with modern amenities and an experience all can enjoy. King bed with storage, Iron and ironing board, pull-out sofa bed, Full Kitchen, quartz countertop, shower, 70” flat screen, board games and a coffee bar. Mini split for cooling and heating. I live upstairs with my husband and a 4 year old boy! We maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am :)
