Fully remodeled 1 bedroom basement apartment with private back door access for guests. Centrally located in the Fargo area, with only a 3 minute drive to downtown, and a 5 minute drive to the interstate. A full and spacious kitchen that allows for eating in. Large bedroom with a King size bed, and a twin size mattress underneath that can be pulled out. Large living room with Roku TV, room to relax and work, with plenty of space to inflate the queen air mattress to accommodate for more guests.

The Abbott’s Anchor Inn is just off Hwy 2 and under 1/2 mile to the nearest boat ramp plus bar and grill. We have off-street parking large enough for a boat. The cozy “duplex” can accommodate 6 guests (2 queen-sized beds and twin bunk beds between 2 rooms), a full bathroom, living room, and dining and a kitchen. The Bee Hive as we call it, has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 bathroom, living, dining and kitchen in a basement unit with shared use of laundry, patio and seasonal above ground pool (closed for winter) located in Mandan North Dakota. As a shared space there may be noises from other occupants. Older homes also can creak and make noises you might not hear in a newer place.

Outdoor fire pit & (3) kayaks to use on the Heart River below.
