Located in the heart of Woolacombe, you're a stones throw from shops, bars & restaurants, as well as several great beaches and some lovely walks. The studio is comfortably decked out with a relaxed seaside vibe, and is a perfect space to unwind. Ideal for couples and surfers, and available for short or long stays year round. Not suitable for pets or children.

An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

Seascape apartment is on the cliff edge adjacent to the coast path with arguably the best views over Mevagissey and the bay. Secure parking on the property without driving into the narrow streets and a short walk down to the village. Exclusive, private use of lounge/dining room and balcony. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.

Circa 1780, The Smithy is part of a Grade II listed, thatched property. Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. Accessed via steps to a stable door is a relaxing living/dining space, a double bed on a mezzanine floor and a small shower room. Guests have access to a small patio with seating in the cottage's lovely gardens.

The Potting Shed, Luxury Barn Conversion

Lovingly converted spacious barn in a gorgeous courtyard setting, we have kept as many of the original features as possible. Extremely well equipped with super king bed and amazing walk in shower, the kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.
