The property was beautifully furnished, exuding warmth and comfort, and its immaculate cleanliness made it feel like a true home away from home. Although we didn’t spend much time inside, every facility we needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay seamless and stress-free. But what truly set this experience apart was our incredible host. A genuinely lovely lady, she was attentive, accommodating, and ensured every detail was perfect. Her communication was fantastic, making everything effortless. And the cherry on top? A tin of chocolates awaiting us on arrival—a small but deeply meaningful gesture that showed how much she cares about her guests. This is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience crafted with care and kindness. If you're looking for a warm, hassle-free getaway with an exceptional host, this is the one. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay, spotlessly clean ,uncluttered and with everything we needed. Perfect for myself, my daughter and her baby, we really appreciated the peace and quiet of the area. The apartment was light and spacious with wonderful views over the beach and estuary, lovely to wake up to . Lyndsay was so helpful and communicated everything we needed to know so no added stress added to travelling with a 9 month old ! Thank you.

Jackies place is outstanding, shes thought of everything. We took my mum whos 92 with mobility issues it was perfect for her. Could easily get wheelchair through the house. Parking, a huge bonus and patio area. Easy level walk to town 10 mins and to seafront in minutes. We will be rebooking. Scones/cream milk on arrival thank you Jackie.

Had a great stay for the second time. Great place. Had an issue with the fridge but Miles was straight there with a replacement. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had the best stay at Becky’s apartment for my husbands birthday. Everything was as described and Becky went above and beyond with the birthday request I had! She was very responsive. Everything was super comfy and clean and we had a great night sleep! We had everything we needed provided and the decor is lovely! Thank you so much again! We will definitely be back! Great place for a visit to Exmouth. Clean snd tidy. Centrally located and walkable to most areas including railway station. Good broadband connection. Garage is useful but only fits up to medium size vehicle.

Jon and Laura are excellent hosts. I really enjoyed the cozy studio with the stunning views. The distance to any highlights of Tintagel were walkable. Would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful home in a tranquil green area with only the sounds of nature around. Home was very nicely furnished with lovely decorative touches like plants and pictures on the walls. Host left us some delicious fudge and biccies. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Great bed and hot shower and parking in the drive. We arrived slightly earlier than we had expected, but were shown in and welcomed. The place is very private and because of its elevation looks out across Brixham where the colourful houses on the other side of the harbour are a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The town is very easy to access if you can manage many steps, and within 5 mins you are at the harbour with its working fishing boats, tour boats and children crabbing alongside the marina. Good quality restaurants, including many fish and chips shops are all within a short walking distance, as well as specialist fish restaurants and a superb tapas bar. If you want to get away from the crowds the SW Coastal Path goes through Brixham from which the wildlife and views are spectacular. We had a very enjoyable weekend in a peaceful but convenient spot that was very clean, and welcoming, and Moira generously left us treats to help us have a good time

We stayed here for a wedding at Tunnels Beaches which was less than a 5 minute walk away so ideal location! Kirsten was very friendly and was easy to contact - replies were instant. The property was lovely and had all amenities you needed. There were lots of thoughtful little touches like toiletries you may have forgotten and dog towels should you bring a four legged friend! It can be a little hard to find the property, as it’s tucked in, but Kirsten provided clear instructions which I would follow over the sat nav. A wonderful couple of days - thanks again.

We spent a lovely couple of days in Plymouth. Victoria's apartment was perfect for our young family, in a great location. We could walk everywhere really easily, and the parking was really easy to find and so close to the apartment. Vicky was great at helping with my questions beforehand, and the apartment itself was lovely with plenty of space and all amenities we could need ...including a stocked toy and games cupboard! Highly recommend!

We have just had a lovely stay at Viki’s. It was very clean and comfortable a real home from home. Viki is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning. We can’t wait to visit again later in the year.

Lovely apartment in the heart of West Bay close to the harbour and beaches. It was just what we wanted and spotlessly clean. Bed really comfortable. We have 2 small cocker spaniels and it was great that Chris could accommodate them too. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

I stayed with Mike and Bert for two weeks while a house sale went through, I brought with me my high maintenance Bengal cat Kevin Bacon. During our stay Mike has gone out of his way to accommodate us, the accommodation is completely separate and lockable, I felt completely safe, I knew Kevin was secure and didn’t see any red flags. Mike is laid back and approachable, the perfect host. The bed is extremely comfortable and everything I have needed has been included with no extra costs or limitations. Bert is a very good boy and has been trained properly, he doesn’t go upstairs but he will bring you a shoe each time he sees you as a greeting, Bert was completely safe around Kevin when I took Kevin in the garden. There is easy parking at the accommodation and lots to do in the area, lots of walks, castles, stepping stones over rivers, sand dunes, beaches, horse riding and a decent selection of Pubs. If I ever end up homeless again I will be coming back! Thank you.

The place was lovely and everything we needed for our weekend away. The town was in walking distance which worked perfectly for us when we wanted to have a drink and the room itself was clean, tidy, spacious and just ideal for what we needed. We both had a lovely stay here and highly recommend it to anyone who is hoping to go to Salcombe.

Overnight stop in Cardiff for an event, this flat was ideal. Quiet location so no noise to disrupt sleep. Tony couldn’t have been more helpful. Would happily stay there again in the future

Absolutely fantastic stay, me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights but wished it could’ve been longer! This apartment has everything you need, is spotless, cosy and just very homely. Nicola was an amazing host, very responsive whenever I messaged and made sure she tried to help in any way possible. Just a short walk down to the beach or the town, it was perfect for what we needed. The bed was super comfortable too which is always a bonus. We loved all the tiny touches and decor. I don’t often write reviews but this was spectacular and we couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you for having us, we will be back!! 🩷

Absolutely beautiful apartment, with everything we needed. It was very clean and well-maintained. Wonderful views of the sea and Porth beach- this was the best bit. The beach is just over the road, and icecream and pub just a few minutes walk. A really lovely place xx

We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s..There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits etc. in the kitchen. There were plenty of games to keep our little one occupied ! We enjoyed our time in the park opposite the apartment complex..

This was our second stay in this appartment, the location is unbeatable for beach lovers and it is super comfortable for 5 adults.
