This little gem of a spot is on a secluded island in the middle of the Mississippi River. The sound of the rapids will lull you to sleep in your magical tent perched right over the water! With all of the modern conveniences including hot water, outdoor shower, bar fridge, wifi and well appointed outdoor kitchen. This year we are building a treehouse on the island so although we will ensure no construction takes place during your stay, there will be construction materials around on the island

We are 15 min. from Bon Echo park, 20 min. from Malcolm lake which has amazing ice fishing and less than 2 min. from Marble Lake Public beach. Perched on a majestic slab of Canadian Shield, this peaceful waterfront cottage is tucked away for absolute privacy off a quiet country road on Cranberry Lake, near Arden. The cottage features a spacious combination living room/kitchen. The space also features 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom off the upper level loft. The bird's nest solarium (accessible via one of the bedrooms), is a great lookout.
