Area is private but we share the same front door access to get to our living spaces. Spa facilities are for your private group with hot-tub , steam room & sauna. Shotts train station 5 min away with a direct line to Edinburgh & Glasgow and free car parking. Access to the motorway, it’s an easy drive to the cities. Ideal country setting but so many places near by to visit
