THANK YOU to Meridian Condo Resorts for saving my vacation. Another mgmt company (Synergy, Hosteeva, Arizona Vacation Rentals...they go by multiple names) canceled on us a day before we were arriving in AZ, without giving us an actual reason. So after the craziness of dealing with the other company, Meridian fit us in last minute and made us feel very welcome. Meridian's communication is, by far, the best I've ever experienced with any Airbnb. They replied almost immediately and were always bright and cheery. The condo itself is clean, spacious, & stocked with tons of amenities. Beds were comfy. The gym, pools, & hot tubs were clean. The pickleball courts and dog park were a nice touch. The location, walking distance to the Commons & Quarters, was very convenient. Quick drive to anything else. The mid-stay cleaning & restocking service (we stayed 3 wks) was a great surprise. Even if this condo is not available, you can't go wrong with any Meridian property. Hope to be back!

We absolutely loved the location overlooking the golf course. It was a great view and very relaxing. We were centrally located and close to everything in old town, Scottsdale and close to Tempe.

This was a great place to stay. It was easy to find and access, and seemed to be centrally located. The pool and fitness center were great too.

Everything about the home was absolutely perfect. Toby’s communication was fabulous. Her attention to detail as regards to a clean, warm and comfortable home was so much appreciated. The information she has for guests in the home was outstanding. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and in excellent condition. The home is the absolutely the most organized and well stocked we’ve ever stayed at. And all this comes with allowing you to relax while there. To feel comfortable being there. We would most certainly stay there again and highly, highly recommend Toby’s place. What a wonderful stay we had. We can’t say enough good things.

My stay at Jennifer's Condo was outstanding. The location is fantastic, and the price is perfect. So many things to do within walking distance. Food stores, restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale was a short walk away.

Lonnie was very responsive and answered questions completely. Quickly helped us out when checking in later than expected. Condo was comfortable and convenient to all we needed to see. Thanks!

We highly recommend the location and room that we stayed in. We are owners at the same place and wanted an extended vacation. The price was right for us to be able to do that.

Beautiful, quiet, and clean place in a nice neighborhood close to a park. The kitchen is well supplied with stove, coffee maker, and utensils; the refrigerator is full-size. The host provides coffee and left us a gift package with some snacks, which was a lovely touch. The bathroom includes a tub and soft thick towels. The bedroom we slept in (there are two) had a very comfortable king-size bed and plenty of outlets to charge electronics, plus a large TV on the wall. The living room has a large TV with access to several streaming sites. Wi-Fi is available, we didn't need it. The front door opens into a little enclosed patio and has a doggie door leading to it. The host left supplies to take care of a pet (we didn't have one). The host's directions were very accurate and we had no problems finding the place. All communications with the host during our stay were great. In summary, it was a beautiful experience. We will try to stay here again when we return to Phoenix.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay. Bryan and Roxanne were very quick to communicate and had very detailed instructions and recommendations for anything you could need. The condo was very clean, well stocked with basic (and even extra!) supplies (including kitchen and toiletries) — and it was more spacious than appeared in the photos. The location of the condo was 10-15 minutes away from most amenities and attractions we visited, and we enjoyed hiking Papago Ridge frequently as it was so close by (and lovely to view from outside the condo building). A few things of note (out of the hosts control) were frequent scent of other condo residents smoking cigarettes and marijuana, and it would’ve been nice if there was a net we could’ve cleaned the leaves out of the pool as there was not much for pool maintenance (but we enjoyed having the pool to ourselves almost every day!). We would absolutely stay again if we come back!

Really enjoyed our stay! Walkable to downtown Scottsdale and easy to drive to other cool sites in the area. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place to anyone looking for a nice, quiet apartment close to downtown Scottsdale. E&E provided more toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies (and toilet paper!) than I’ve seen anywhere. Nice to have it all on hand, even if you don’t need it. Best feature was the 2 good-quality bikes & pump/lock available for use — we rode the Indian Wash Trail, which runs right by the property, almost every day.

Marcie’s place was just what we needed for our weeklong visit to Scottsdale. A bonus was the pool that was right across from the unit. Had a hot tub and very well appointed with lounge, chairs, and seating areas. Very peaceful!

Paul was a wonderful host—one of the best I’ve had during my travels as he’s very responsive, informative, accommodating and friendly! I loved my visit so much that I’m already looking to come back next Feb/March! Thanks again for everything and making our visit so great!

Outstanding Location! Easy access to many restaurants and downtown Scottsdale Beautiful surroundings and decent community pool. Pool could have had cleaner bottom but the space with grill and spa was perfect The place was excellent except for very small bathroom access. The hot water for shower was set to just warm, not hot but adequate for our needs Laundry area was a great perk since we stayed 9 days and brought limited clothing to lighten our suitcases

Stephanie was quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo itself was very clean and felt cozy and inviting. The complex was well maintained and nicely landscaped. We enjoyed the heated pool and area.

We had a wonderful time staying here! Although we've visited Phoenix several times before, this trip was special as we stayed further out in Gilbert, Mesa. We traveled with our two daughters, ages 7 and 10, and the whole family had an amazing experience. The complex is beautifully maintained, with friendly residents and a fantastic community heated pool and hot tub. We loved the great weather, as well as the convenient shopping, restaurants, and walking paths around the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place without hesitation. The host was always available for communication, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We developed a perfect routine of morning hikes and afternoon pool time – it truly felt like the ideal vacation.

It was clean, very well-appointed and beautifully decorated, and the lovely outdoor patio was a real bonus. The location was terrific too, as it was just two short blocks from the Scottsdale Fashion Mall with many great restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.

Stayed during April 2025: This AirBnB was exactly what I was looking for. The location was perfect, very close to restaurants, bars, and shops that you can walk to. Also plenty of stores nearby to get groceries/necessities. The pool was our favorite; very clean and had sunny areas all day long. And the AirBnB isn’t far from the pool area. The AirBnB was pretty clean and organized, and was stocked with coffee, kitchen necessities, toiletries, and more. The balcony was great as well. I tried using the mobile app to unlock the door but mine wasn’t working, thankfully there is also a code option (but ended up to not matter since the door was actually unlocked on our arrival), but there is a key inside that you can also use during your stay or the lock code the host provides. Overall extremely happy with our stay and will definitely use this same AirBnB when we come back if it’s available!!
