My family and I had a fantastic stay at Za’s with our 1 year old. Cant wait to visit again in the summer!

This was exactly how it was described on the website. It was clean, comfy and exactly what we needed for our visit. Reina was there to greet us and show us the home once we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was plenty of room for more than just the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet and very easy to walk to get fresh air and exercise. We saw many neighbors walking their dogs. I will stay here again.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

This was my second stay here with my family and just like last time, we had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home and got to experience the beauty of Exeter. It would be my pleasure to make this my yearly stay for me and my family.

We loved Kyle’s place. It was cozy, comfortable beds, gas cook top, a fire pit, a pool (not open yet as it’s April), and plenty of room for my 3 boys to run around and make memories. The commuter train is super close but it was kinda fun to watch it and it didn’t disturb our sleep at all. Close to Jamestown and Wickford for water views, quaint towns and either hiking or shopping. A small park with lots of hiking right down the street (walking distance). 20 minutes to open ocean in Narragansett or 25 to Other beaches. With being at the end of the dead end street and surrounded by woods it’s a middle of nowhere type feel and lots of birds to watch and peaceful to sit by the fire or on the deck.

This airbnb was so unique and it surpassed my expectations in every way. The location was unbeatable with downtown Newport just 10 minutes in driving distance. The rooftop deck overlooked the bay and we got to share a beautiful sunset each night. The inside of the home had ample space for each member of our group, and provided enough privacy for each of us whilst also giving us plenty of shared spaces. The inside of the home was spotless and inviting. Sara was responsive, accommodating, and helpful each step of the way. My stay in Middletown/Newport was unforgettable. The history, charm, and natural beauty of this area is one of a kind. I can not wait to return.

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

David’s home was exactly as described. The house has obviously been taken care of. The house was homey and very clean. The location was very close to Bowen’s Wharf.

Loved our stay in Newport! This was the perfect spot for our large family right in the heart of everything. Host was great! Gave great instructions and recommendations! We will definitely be back.

This is a great Airbnb. The place is comfortable, clean, and quiet. The commute to Newport and other area attractions was fast and easy. The RV park is very quiet, and we enjoyed walking the grounds on our downtime. The porch was a lovely place to sit and listen to the birds. The playground that is steps away was great for our kids. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Tom's a great host. The house was exactly as described. You were in a real, lived-in home that reflects the care of Tom the owner. (Unlike some of those corporate AirBNB homes that have zero personality) Very clean and has lots of thoughtful touches for guests. Would be great for a family because of the yard and playset. A throwback beach house in a quiet neighborhood of similar homes. We were 6 adults there for the Newport Marathon. And felt comfortable and not too crowded staying there for the weekend. 10-minute walk to 1st beach where the race started which was perfect. Would stay again. Thanks!

Our stay was so cozy and perfect for what we were looking for! It had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner, and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch. A little pricey for the winter since it’s really quiet at this time of year, but very peaceful and relaxing so it was worth it. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. Pat is a Superhost Extraordinaire! Felt at home in charming and comfortable house. Fully equipped kitchen with snacks too! The space is super clean with towels galore. Pat has thought of everything and more .... Cannot ask for a more thoughtful and generous host! The location is walkable to Brown University and parking is convenient on premises. There is even an outdoor space to relax (weather permitting). Wifi worked great. Thank you for making our stay in Providence so enjoyable!

Great place for a getaway. The living room has a large couch and the open kitchen/dining area making it so easy to be together. Quick 10 min drive/Uber to downtown Newport. You can even walk to food options close to the house. Bryant was very responsive and flexible. He left us great instructions and local recommendations.

38 Lauderdale was am excellent house. It was in great condition, and very clean. All amenities were provided Darius was a great host. He was very responsive during the rental process, and fully met the requests I had I would definitely want to work with Darius again, and recommend this rental

We loved it so much we came back a second time. The house is perfect for my family, room for everyone. Nice big kitchen where we found ourselves gathering a lot and cooking together. The kitchen is well equipped with most things you would want when cooking. Even a rolling pin! Very close to Newport mansions and cliff walk so we always had something to do. Whoever cleans it does a really really good job and the hosts were always quick to respond to my questions.
