Our charming 2 bedroom 1 bath play house is located in the center of the beautiful town of Lakeside. Our kid friendly home is loaded with games while offering plenty of parking for your motor toys. We strive to keep it simple and affordable while still meeting all your needs. We are now pet friendly with 8x8 kennel but no fenced yard. If you enjoy the outdoors, we are minutes away from the ocean, the dunes and numerous lakes. You can hike, swim, fish, tube, ride, enjoy a night out or relax!

"Uncle Joe's Place" Cozy Cottage with Water View

Uncle Joe's Place is a cozy cottage that sits close to the water with views of Charleston bridge and South Slough Estuary. Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.
