What a lovely gem of a place! We had a great time; it was a good location for Warwick Castle and Stratford Upon Avon. The little touches made all the difference - we particularly loved the little sheep! ;) Steve was an accommodating host who communicated with us throughout - thanks for everything! We hope to visit again someday! X

Marie and Chris have been wonferful hosts, couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the night. The breakfast in the morning was beautiful, and the dog is super friendly and cute. 100% recommended

Great stay with Rodger. Peaceful area with plenty of parking, very close to Birmingham/ Solihull.

Linda was very accommodating and clear with instructions for the stay. I appreciate Linda for allowing me to keep my bags post checkout. The location of the house is inconvenient as there are frequent buses to the city centre.

Julian and Penelope were incredibly warm, hospitable and welcoming as hosts. Despite the difficulties I faced getting over to the Cotswolds (No fault of theirs I must add), they were always accommodating, responsive and understanding of my situation. To top things off, Penelope cooked me a wonderful cooked breakfast first thing in the morning before I headed back to London. I really cannot recommend them enough.

Very communicative and kind host who left us some goodies and milk for our arrival. The flat is in a good location in a quiet street.

Loved James’ place 💖 We were visiting my friend nearby and how fortunate we were to stay at his place! It was so cozy and felt like home. The bed was very comfortable (we only slept in the master bedroom) and the modern kitchen was thoughtfully laid out. Quiet neighbourhood but super accessible to everything - short walk to grocery stores & nearby parks. Appreciated detailed instructions and recommendations! Will definitely come back and stay again (if James likes us :D) + also, spotted some cute wild foxes nearby! Very exciting!

I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Francesca has a lovely spot, very well located, clean and spacious. She was a very welcoming host and left thoughtful gifts - all in all I had a fantastic stay here. I’d highly recommend this option and hope to return one day :)

The place is decent to stay for one night. We left an item at Umu’s place, and the owner immediately told us about it and send it back the next day. We thank them for that. Very responsive and responsible owner. Would recommend to anyone.

This is a real gem! Shane has created the most comfortable and well equipped place one could imagine, all so comfortable, spotless and so well thought out and with some many lovely touches when one arrives in the flat (bread, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee). Two years after our last stay in Binsey, we were very happy to return for another week. It was a very nice welcome, we had lovely conversations with Alison and Steve. Binsey is unique, quite, excellent if you need time to write or read. Rent a bike for journeys to Jerchio, the city center, colleges or the University hospital. We can highly recommend this place and hope to return in the near future.

A perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter at university. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Breakfast and a good coffee machine were an added bonus. We will be back soon!

Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

Mick is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, comfortable and well-prepared. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking seasonings and essentials which made cooking really easy. The BBQ hob was also a great bonus for outdoor meals. The room and bed were super cozy perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Avril took great care to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Before I arrived she issued clear instructions for finding and entering the property. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice hot shower, perfect after a day’s walking! There was an information sheet with suggestions of where to eat and local amenities. I very much appreciated the cereals, toast/preserves and orange juice for breakfast. If I’m ever in the area again, in need of accommodation, I won’t hesitate to stay here.

This was our second stay and not our last. Sue and Geoff let you into their home and you fit right in. The continental breakfast also makes this a cut above other Airbnb's and also nearby hotels. Highly recommend.
