Our stay at the charming bed and breakfast was a delight! From the warm welcome to the friendly atmosphere, we felt right at home. The hot tub was a highlight, where we soaked while enjoying stunning nature views and even spotted deer nearby. Mornings on the deck with coffee and evenings watching the sunset were pure bliss. Our hosts were accommodating, offering great local recommendations while respecting our privacy. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape, this bed and breakfast is a hidden gem. We left feeling rejuvenated and can’t wait to return!

This is a beautiful cottage with a huge hot tub me and my partner had an amazing stay here with all the amenities you could want and more it was so clean and felt right at home here 5 stars from us we will define be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This stay was a surprise for my partner’s birthday, and she cried with happiness when we arrived! I added the birthday package which was a lovely touch and really nice. Will definitely stay here again and make it ‘our place’. Cannot recommend it enough. Out of this world

Sally’s place felt like going through a portal into a magical garden. The house was so cozy with beautiful vintage decor and an amazing fireplace. The highlight of the trip was eating breakfast outside by the river and watch the ducks. And can’t forget about the lovely host Sally is! Always responsive and helpful with lots of good food and nature walks recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay, such a beautiful house in such a beautiful village! Everything was lovely., super comfortable and clean. Tori and Jack were great hosts and we would love to come back one day!

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

Wonderful spotless cottage in beautiful scenic surroundings. Idyllic for a couples retreat - hot tub, countryside walks and local pubs selling amazing food. Difficult to leave! Highly recommend. Sarah was the perfect host :)

Beautiful cottage, Sat Nav brought us straight to the location no problems! Cottage was beautiful, Wendy treated us with a bottle of wine & strawberries, 🍷 🍓 The children loved the hot tub and pool, very clean and private! Wendy directed us to nice places to eat! The breakfast in the farm was beautiful, also the roast dinners were delicious! Would definitely visit again! Thankyou Sian & John

Charming thatched roof cottage in a quiet village with wonderfully landscaped grounds. Ample off street parking and tennis court. Excellent location to nearby sites, castles, archery and local restaurants. We highly recommended staying at Jane’s cottage!

We've had a wonderful stay at the Old Forge. The cottage is very cosy and homely with enough space to spread out. The cottage is set in a beautiful village with a lovely pub in, and a great spot to start a good country walk. Our doggies also loved being at the cottage!

What an amazing Cottage there was everything you could wish for. Spotless clean lovely decorated and very comfortable the bedding and beds were amazing really comfortable. The kitchen and dining area was very spacious. A massive plus for us was parking and the outside enclosed for the dogs they were perfectly safe . A nice outside sitting area. Location was perfect with a shop close by and in walking distance to Stratford Town we also drove approximately 30 minutes to the Cotswolds which was beautiful. 100 percent I would recommend and would return we didn’t want to come home. It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

This was a perfect place and I really hope I get to come back. The setting is beautiful, the area is quiet, the house itself is comfy and clean, the kitchen & rooms are well equipped, and host Elizabeth is friendly and welcoming. The location is fab - there's an award-winning bakery/cafe 7mins drive away, gardens to visit 9mins drive away, and Rutland Water 15mins drive away. To get to stay in separate rooms as friends yet have the shared homely space was great. We cooked a full meal, as the equipment, oils & seasoning we needed were provided in the kitchen. We connected our laptops up via our own HDMI cable to the TV and put our feet up on the reclining sofas. Perfect! Would recommend.

Deer View cottage is was absolutely gorgeous! It’s a traditional cottage, so the stairs are steep & takes some getting used too, however do not let this put you off. There is a secure garden for the dogs, however a public walkway right across the road through a wooded area & fields which lead to the village green & cafe! Perfect for a morning coffee. The cottage was extremely clean with everything in place ie towels, hand soap, tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets & toilet rolls (including spares). Bathroom & separate shower was perfect when sharing with family or couples. Definitely recommend Deer View cottage, it catered for all our needs including our dogs & the surprise views in the back garden was totally unexpected! Hosts were perfect!

An oasis of peace and tranquility. Judy’s house was tucked away behind a gate and accessed via a secluded courtyard, perfect for a morning cuppa or sundowner. We had a very relaxing stay, communication with Judy was prompt and helpful. We were able to park in the nearby disused pub which is a short walk away along the country lane.

Fantastic stay. We decided last minute that we wanted to get away for the weekend. Thankfully this beautiful cottage was available and Jayne was quick to respond and make sure everything was sorted for us. Such a beautiful location, so peaceful! Would stay again!

A lovely cottage, well appointed and very comfortable. Set on a farm but very peaceful with lots of wildlife including deer and badgers. Good facilities and well located for Leamington, Kenilworth and Coventry. Ideal for families visiting Warwick Uni students, like we did. Sally is a great host and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. We saw Millie through the window but Mabel didn't get to say hello.

It’s a very nice property. Lots of land around it. Our children loved it. Perfectly positioned to visit all lovely Cotswolds villages yet quiet and peaceful to relax after the whole day of sightseeing.

We had such a lovely stay. The place was beautiful, and we loved making use of the cosy fireplace. It had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated being walking distance from a couple pubs! Just wish we could have stayed longer 🤗

Appreciated all the little extra products, like perfumes, fan in the bedroom, soaps and snacks. Great water heat and pressure for a cosy bath. Warm and welcoming.
