You’ll find easy access to public transportation, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, Starbucks coffee and more. Reaching Sunderland city center in about 10-15 minutes. Newcastle is also easily reachable within 20 minutes from Sunderland.

Cottage in a beautiful valley

This nice cottage is situated in the middle of a beautiful valley, with no neighbors disturbing you. You have a sea view to the north. A stream with waterfalls and rapids down through the valley. The hut is also a good base for skitouring and moutain hiking (many trails in the area) and horse riding. We offer horse riding for additonal fee. We can ride a calm tour with beginners or a bit faster with more experienced riders. Horse riding is mostly available from May till September.

Here, you are disconnected but at the same time close enough to venture out to old villages, cities, high mountains or the many coves and beaches of the nearby coast.

Lumas, come la regione di Sulove, da dove prende il nome la fattoria, è rimasto un luogo contadino autentico e vivo. Venire qui è un po’ come fare un piccolo viaggio indietro nel tempo. La vita è semplice: uccelli al mattino, un asino in lontananza, contadini che lavorano come sempre.

El apartamento Etna, ideal para 2/3 personas, se encuentra en el primer piso de “Finestra sul mare”. Cuenta con cocina, baño con ducha, wifi, TV, A/C y caja fuerte. Su punto fuerte es la terraza privada, perfecta para desayuno o cena con vista al mar. La veranda, cerrable, permite disfrutar del panorama incluso en días frescos. Parking interno gratuito; hasta 12 personas. Se recomienda vehículo propio.
