Glimpses of water & access to 300’ of the Benjamin River Harbor shore. 2 seasonal cabins; 1 studio cabin. Centrally located on the Blue Hill Peninsula near Deer Isle, the cabins offer access to outdoor activities, cultural events, restaurants & shops.

"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee from 8 am to 4 pm everyday! Welcome to our new building. "A Room With a Brew" is located above Belfast's newest craft brewery, Frosty Bottom Brewing. A small community supported brewery open 2 days/week for 3-4 hours for beer share members. Guests can request a tour of the brewery and sample some fresh beer. Owners live in downtown Belfast and are available should any issues arise during your stay. The apartment/brewery is located 3 miles from downtown on a quiet road that offers local hiking and biking.

Completely unplug at this quiet and stunning off-the-grid cabin situated in the heart of mid coast Maine. Minutes from several lakes, ponds and Penobscot Bay. Total privacy in the woods, private fire pit, tidy composting toilet and LED lighting. Propane stove and fresh water included. Sun shower available upon request. King sized bed is made up with sheets, blanket and down comforter. Private parking and red flyer wagon provided to carry in your gear - 200 foot path to cabin.

You’ll love the spacious, clean, open cottage with a complete kitchen and propane fireplace. Sit on the porch with a book/glass of wine and watch for seals and schooners. Easy access to the shore along a gradual path and short boardwalk. Great amenities and comfort for vacationers both young and old. Perfect for couples and families (with kids).

Twin Room, Merrybell Motel near Camden and Belfast

This room is part of the Merrybell Motel. There are two twin beds in the room which comfortably sleep two people. Attached to the room is a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Amenities include a fridge, microwave, air-conditioning, heater, flat screen tv with DirecTV and high speed fibre internet. You can park your car right in front of your room. We are currently checking our guests in outside and take care of all the cleaning and laundry ourselves.

BREEZE, in a tree The Appleton Retreat

BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.
