They are rustic but cozy, comfortable yet basic. Located centrally in a village close to all amenities, the Confederation Trail, Les Iles de la Madeleine Ferry Terminal(CTMA), Souris beach and other famous beaches are a close drive away. Welcome to Meadow Mead Cottage, a tiny house on the edge of our homestead! Meadow Mead is located 1 KM from downtown Sackville yet feels like you're a million miles away. The cottage features a loft with a queen memory foam mattress, a fully stocked kitchenette and a separate composting toilet and hot outdoor shower. The cabin is dry but has refillable water for sinks and is fully electrified. Enjoy panoramic views of the marsh, wood point and Fort Béausajour from the large cedar deck.

Filled with antiques and refurbished furniture, pianos, and organs. This is our third cabin we have installed on our four acre property. There is an exclusive 6 person hot tub off the veranda and the sauna is only steps away.

Cozy little cottage with beautiful stunning views of the Montague river. The cottage is located directly beside the Confederation trail excellent for biking/walking. We have bikes and kayaks for your use while you stay with us. The cottage has a new queen bed located in loft , as well as an old fashioned soaker tub. We are 5 min from the town of Montague, walking distance from art galleries, two world class breweries and lots of restaurants, everything from fine dining to fast food .

Here your most difficult decision will be taking your coffee on porch swing or rooftop, while birds sing & eagles soar.

Private Hot Tub River Retreat

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
