This place was magical. The home is so private and peaceful. We saw deer off the back porch more than a few times. Bruce & Cora were wonderful hosts. The house was stocked with eggs, cereal, coffee, juice etc. What a nice touch...especially when it snowed and we decided not to go into town for food one night. Bruce even used his personal plow to scrape the driveway so we wouldn't have any problems with the snow or ice. Highly recommend this home. This is a great place to stay for the Groundhog Festival. Close enough to all the fun but far enought away from all the crowds.

Our stay at Robin’s Boone Mtn home was great! We instantly felt right at home and comfortable. She supplied us with a case of bottled water and a variety of K-cups which made us feel very welcomed! The home was spotless and very comfortable. A great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors and sightings of local wildlife…we had visits from lots of whitetail deer, turkeys, and nightly serenades from barred owls. Robin provided brochures and info about area activities and places to explore. Her instructions with directions to the place and how to get into the home were spot on and very helpful! The home was stocked with anything you could need. We were visiting to go to the Chainsaw Carvers Rendezvous in Ridgway and were not disappointed. Awesome event! We also thoroughly enjoyed a meal at the Brew Bank and tastings from several local breweries, wineries, and distilleries. So much to do, so little time!

We had such a wonderful stay! We had two under two years old and a 5 year old and it was a wonderful spot for a family with kids. The access to laundry was great. The house was so well stocked with everything we needed from towels to linens to kids toys, kitchen items, toilet paper, paper towels and back up necessities - it was such a nice touch. The front porch is enclosed which was great with babies who loved watching the trucks go by. Not to mention access to the swingers next door - so much fun! The AC was great, heated blankets a wonderful touch, the massage chair and hot tub just made the house such a nice retreat! We grilled out and had a great stay. The hosts were SO responsive, even once when we messaged question on a holiday. We are so excited to return - thank you for having us!

Julie is hands down the best host we’ve ever had! My husband, our Weimaraner, and I stayed at her Airbnb for 3 weeks in October. After I returned to Florida, my husband had to go back to PA for work and immediately asked if Julie’s place was available again. She blocked off 3 months for him, even though we could only pay in increments. She added a washer and dryer, which was a huge help with his long work hours. She brought him chili, responded within 10 minutes when he locked himself out, and when he needed to extend his stay, she arranged another Airbnb through her family. She even moved all his food to the new place before he arrived! Julie is so thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely kind. We’re so grateful for her hospitality—truly the best host ever!

We had a lovely night in a two bedroom suite where my Mother and I could have our separate space while sending my niece off to college in Altoona. Accommodations were comfortable, breakfast was delicious and our hosts positively delightful.

We stayed two nights & just loved our accommodations. It was tastefully decorated, had every amenity & was very quiet & comfortable. Valarie was very helpful & accommodating. The historic significance of the depot makes it a truly special experience. We enjoyed visiting Ellicottville for shopping & lunch. We stopped by Griffith Sculptural Park, dined at Arts Cafe and visited the Alpacas at Sugarcreek Farm. We plan on returning!

Nice place for what you pay for. It was good having a kitchen with some essentials like tea and condiments. Could've used an extra blanket. Overall nice stay.

The location is in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a beautiful park within a few mins of the apartment with wonderful walking//running trails and a children’s playground. It is within just a short drive to the beach. Zoo and mall. The apartment is as described, very spacious and the walls are thick. My daughter and grand-daughter stayed in the first bedroom and I stayed at the one at the end of the hall and I never heard my grand-daughter fuss. The place was neat as a pin and full of charm. Robert was quick to answer any questions. If we come back to Erie we will be sure to check for availability.

This place was exactly like the photos, my husband and I were looking for a peaceful place to spend a few days for our anniversary away from our children. This place checked all our boxes. Everything was pristine. super clean. The bed was also quite comfortable and the couch was comfy to curl up and read a book on. Joe was great with recommendations for local places to eat and he even checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend renting this place and my husband and I look forward to renting from Joe in the future. We plan on making it a few times a year thing.

I had a truly wonderful time here and cannot say enough good things about it. The house is utterly charming and was so cozy, especially on these cold, snowy days. I came home to a warm, home cooked meal every day and they made me feel like a member of the family. They truly made my visit to Port Allegany a special one, and I feel so greatful to meet these wonderful people.

Great place to stay while visiting Ellicottville. The space was very clean and Deb and JY were friendly and accommodating.

Galleys is a really beautiful little inn, in a great location. The breakfasts were super delicious and Joan was lovely. We hope to visit again soon!

Hall House was our "home base" for a week of hiking and sightseeing in the area, Cook Forest SP, Allegheny National Forest, Kinzua Bridge Skywalk, elk viewing, etc. It was nice to come back each night to a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. We loved learning about the history of the house and seeing how well it's been renovated. One afternoon, we hiked up the hill across the street to view all the old homes, many, like Hall House, were built in the 1800s. Lots to do in the area. Arthur was a congenial host, setting out Continental breakfast every morning and ensuring we had what we needed. He took us on a tour of the property when we arrived. Arthur was a great conversationalist; he was eager to hear about our latest adventures and share a few stories of growing up in Brookville. He also provided information about the town, things to do, and places to eat. We will definitely consider staying at Hall House again.

Oh my word this place was so magical! Mariah and Dustin were amazing hosts and the Bella Donna was so perfect for our girls trip to grove city. The second floor, and all it encompassed was just amazing. The bedrooms were beautiful, the beds were so comfortable, everything down to the temperature! Too cold?… turn on the fireplace in any room. The library and coffee nook were such a wonderful touch. And the breakfasts!!!! Mariah is an amazing chef and the space was so beautiful. Mariah and Dustin were so welcoming, sweet and the most wonderful hosts. We cannot wait to return to the Bella Donna! It casted a beautiful spell on us all. Thank you for everything again Mariah and Dustin!

Diane was very sweet and extremely accommodating!! It felt much more like a classic BnB than a modern AirBnB (in a good way!) One thing I’d note is the bedroom door/bathroom don’t appear to lock and there can be another guest staying at the same time. But beyond that it was a great stay. It felt homey and safe. Would definitely recommend to others hoping to stay in Butler

We’ve stayed here almost every year for 6 or so years and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else in EVL! The inn is adorable, breakfasts are amazing and Jean has thought of every detail. Walking distance to everything downtown and 1 mile drive to 2 ski resorts. Jean is a wealth of knowledge about the area too! We will be back!
