We stayed at Avi's listing in July 2024 while attending a 10-day yoga teacher training in Squirrel Hill. From the original booking and all of the way through our final day, Avi was responsive and helpful in our communications. The listing looks exactly as it does in the photos and there is free street parking. Walkable to many restaurants and parks in the surrounding area and a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Pittsburgh. We experienced a few issues during our stay that couldn't be immediately addressed by Avi and he very quickly found someone to help remedy the situation. The issues were not his fault, yet he made the situation right and offered exemplary customer service. I will definitely keep Avi's listing in mind for my future visits to Pittsburgh!

Such a great comfortable location!

This was a great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable, and Rhonda was super helpful and friendly. We didn't have time to explore the area as we were just stopping through on a road trip, but the town was charming and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Arianna was great from the beginning. We made some changes and she was quick to respond and accommodating each time. The place was really nice and super convenient to the area we needed to be for the weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

Our trip to the beach house was very nice. The house is divided into 3 different units which worked out fine. We enjoyed using the lawn space available to eat out at the picnic tables and we set up badminton to play. There were lots of craft supplies available for my granddaughter and the rest of us. Our host, Jules was lovely and extremely accommodating. We plan on reserving it next year for our family. Wonderful memories!

It was perfect! Such a neat house in a nice neighborhood. Lots of great food choices within walking distance and stores nearby. The house had a lot of nice touches that made it feel like home. And it was cleaner than a lot of hotel rooms!

Great place! It reminded us of the apartment we rented when we stayed in Rome…mix of old and new…and the privacy on the beach is very hard to find in a rental.

Our stay at Sherry’s place was pleasant, we stayed at her place for 2 weeks and Sherry was very responsive if we needed to get in contact with her. We would definitely consider her place for future stays.

Diana and Ken’s place was so peaceful and beautiful! The perfect place to stay on vacation or for a staycation. We felt so welcomed and cozy. We would 100% stay at Diana’s and Ken’s place again if we are ever in the area again!

Our family of 4 and dog had a wonderful stay. Good restaurants close by. We all really enjoyed the amenities at the house. Hot tub and sauna were great. Nice back yard for the kids and dog to play. Thank you!

We had a great time. The place was cozy, close to lots of things to do, clean, and just what we were looking for from a place to stay. The host was very communicative and friendly. We would stay there again!

We just needed a quick overnight on our way home from Boston and was lucky enough to find this place the day before our stay. It was such a welcome reprieve from the road. I was super impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the place. We didn’t need much, but the kitchen had everything someone would need. Although we did not have lake access directly from the house, we enjoyed sitting on the back porch with the lake view. A short 3 minute drive gets you to a local beach on the lake. It was my first time in the area and had no idea how many vineyards there were - it was a beautiful and peaceful area. I highly recommend the Skunk & Goat Tavern in town - the food was excellent!

Very clean, and beautiful place to stay. Right near the Lower Rail Trail entrance (no need to drive to the trail head!). Can walk to Canoe Creek Park and access the walking trails right down the road from the property (within walking distance). Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very well decorated, loved our stay and will be back!

This was the perfect home base from which to explore the city. The location is on a quiet street with ample parking yet is also walkable to many great restaurants, bars, and shops. Check-in was a breeze, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The big backyard felt like an added bonus, and we saw a number of birds during our short stay. There is no kitchen, but we were able to store and reheat leftovers without an issue. Lowell and Aaron were really responsive and friendly and provided some great recommendations. Will stay again the time I am in the city!

Best view of Chautauqua lake ever to exist and I lived on the lake for decades. Beautifully appointed apartment with all the amenities. Loved the fancy Keurig Machine - very nice.

Daryl's place was the perfect spot for me and my 3 girlfriends on our Get-away weekend! Daryl was super helpful and easy to reach with questions. The place is cozy and comfortable. (He has both a Keurig and a 12-cup coffee maker - just bring your coffee and you're set! Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities!) If we gave ourselves more time, we could've walked to Holiday Valley for our spa appt, but we did walk to the Salt Spa to sit in the Salt Cave, then on to town for lunch, with another stop at a brewery we passed on the way home. What a fun weekend. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Daryl!

This is definitely my top Airbnb. The host was responsive and helpful. The place is beautiful and has more than what you need. The location was close to the Bills stadium. This will be my go to spot whenever I’m in Buffalo. This Airbnb needs 10 stars.

I will be back! It was a lovely cozy walkout basement studio. The bed was comfortable, and the design eclectic and fun. The location was perfect for me, as it was within walking distance of my daughter's apartment, close to great some great restaurants, a bookstore, and of course, Frick Park! My wife, my dog, and I needed a long-term option while we were house hunting in Pittsburgh and the River's Edge was absolutely perfect for us. The unit itself is spacious, modern, and cozy, ideally located with access to all the amenities and attractions that the Beaver area has to offer. Carrie is always responsive, and her knowledge of the area was more than useful as we got familiar with our new surroundings. I couldn't imagine a better jumping off point for our next chapter, River's Edge really became a home for us and we will be forever grateful!

The Pitt Stop was the absolute perfect spot for our quick girls trip!! Everything was so clean, cozy, and very welcoming. The location is great, quiet neighborhood, and overall a wonderful place. We hope to come back for another stay and another concert in the future!! :)
