Absolute and Elsewhere are two adjoining cottages created from a recently restored Grade 2 listed farm building on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Lullington. There are 24 houses, a 12th century church, no street lights and footpaths through open countryside in every direction. The village adjoins the Orchardleigh Estate - a popular wedding venue, 3 miles from the market town of Frome and 12 miles from the cultural centre of Bath. Longleat is about 15 minutes away, Stonehenge about half an hour.

Number 16 is a cosy C19 cottage that sleeps 4 adults, plus a baby/infant in 2 bedrooms, 1 king + 1 double. Located in Wingfield village, with a popular pub to walk to, it’s ideal for exploring Bath, Bradford on Avon, and Longleat Safari Park. Nearby train stations offer easy access to Bath. The cottage has central heating. We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (no cats), with gardens at the front and back. Parking for 2 cars is available, and I look forward to offering all guests a warm welcome.

There are 2 great pubs within a short walking distance. This is the perfect nest for a visit to Bath, Longleat, Stonehenge & more.

With an award-winning village pub a short stroll down the hill, a village shop and cafe, as well as Iford Manor with its renowned gardens just a stones throw away, there is plenty to do. You can also arrange to play tennis at the neighboring Hall.

My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.
