Muy limpio agradable y bastante accesible. Su alberca y jardín son inigualables. Dos puntos a mejorar: Las televisiones son medianas pudiendo ser más grandes mejor. Y, el agua se sale de la zona de regaderas en los baños, serían pequeñas mejoras

This place is a hidden gem and well kept. Me and a group stayed here for work in the area and loved it. Host is vert responsive and easy to work with. The place was spotless!!!!

Beautiful home! Was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We spent both nights utilizing the pool. Pool was great! We enjoyed our visit! Very likely we will be booking this home again for next summer. Thank you!

This house offers an incredibly peaceful and relaxing environment that's perfect for families. With plenty of board games and exciting options like air hockey and foosball, there’s something for everyone to enjoy! Our time here was unforgettable. When we had questions about the pool, Parla responded promptly and even came to show us how to turn on the fountain, which the kids absolutely loved while they were swimming. The yard was beautifully maintained, and the pool was simply stunning! We had everything we needed for a fantastic week in Laredo. The house is spacious and impeccably clean. While the master shower could use a little more attention, it was still quite nice! We enjoyed visiting family, and they were all impressed with our rental. We're already looking forward to our next visit and hope this house will be available again because we would love to stay here once more!

We loved staying at Felipe’s. He or Ana would respond pretty quick. Their home was beautiful and very spacious. Oh and the water pressure was amazing. I would for sure rent again if I am ever in Laredo again. Thank you so much!

There are a lot of good things to say about staying at Perla’s place (Casa Perlita). First and foremost, this is a quiet neighborhood—not always the easiest thing to find in Nuevo Laredo. But the quality of the house is also excellent. The home is very comfortable, with a kitchen that is fully stocked with the amenities (cooking oil etc), a complimentary phone charger, and plenty of bottled water (in the big jugs), comfortable AC, and a garage that was big enough for me to park my Buick Enclave in! (I find big garages pretty rare in Nuevo Laredo). The only negative thing I would state was that the WiFi seemed a little iffy. At first, I couldn’t get anything to download on my Iphone...but after a while things seemed to work (mostly). Perla is very responsive with any question or concern that you might have. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Casa Perlita.

Great home.

The place isn't extravagant but fit all our needs perfectly! Was very clean, well kept and has a lot of little extras. The washer and dryer was a nice addition and was able to return from our trip without any laundry due to it. Our kids appreciated the ear plugs since the train tracks are very close by and can be quite noisy. Also was thankful for a full kitchen with dishes that allowed us to make some meals and not have to eat out each meal. Really like being able to bring our dog along and have a nice private cool place for her to spend time when we went places she wasn't able to go. Leticia was also very responsive to messages and checked in on us throughout our visit in case we needed anything.

Quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for me.
