Stayed in the Spoolmak cottage and it was very cozy and homey. The hosts were very friendly. The cottage has plenty of amenities which was great for cooking. Would definitely come back!

Cozy little place. Comfortable space and very accommodating host as I had my pup who just had surgery. I will come back again to this location!

Cordwood Chalet is a beautiful escape from hustle bustle. it's tucked away off the road and feels very peaceful. you can sense, just from the energy of the place, how much love was poured into the walls. there are some lovely hikes around as well. thank you Priscilla & John!

What an incredible stay, it was the perfect way to finish off our 2 week honeymoon. The cabin is perfectly secluded but super easy to access all the amenities Julie has on offer, including Archery which was great fun on our last day. Although we didn’t see a bear, we were treated to the most amazing northern lights we’ve ever seen-it was mind blowing! The cabin also has phone reception (just) if you sit on the bed upstairs!

Natalie’s communication was excellent prior to my stay. This made finding the location and check-in very easy. There was lots of attention to detail in the cabin to make me feel right at home, comfortable, and have everything I needed. Her care for her guests was very evident, and made for a lovely stay.

The cabin was absolutely comfortable and clean. It’s very quiet and fresh in the trees. Snow was melting and making the experience even better resting while listening to the melting snow and birds’ chatting. We had a very good time here, very peaceful and relaxing. Love it!

The Rusty Antler Cabin is a cute little house in the backyard of Suzannes property. It could be considered a little small, but it has everything you need. If your plan is to explore Wells Gray Park and to be on the road most of the time but also have a cozy place to come home after a long day, this is the place for you. For us it was a perfect match an Suzanne provided us with lots of useful information and great suggestions. She was really friendly and gave us a warm welcome after our arrival.

Linda and Al were such kind and generous hosts and we loved our time at the cabin. It was so serene being surrounded by ginormous trees and mountains painting the landscapes right as you step out of the front door of the cabin. To make it even better, there was a pig, majestic horses and some incredibly friendly dogs that greeted us and protected us. Everyday, it was a nice surprise to have the dogs run up to us and try to play or get our attention. The cabin itself is very cozy and comfortable - it is perfect for two people and it heats up really well and gets toasty in the winter. The wood cabin, all the decorations, and even the dishes all perfectly matched the setting we were in and it was a lovely stay. We would love to be back!

Sandra’s place was very comfortable and she was the most amazing host. She made sure my son and I were comfortable, had everything we needed and then some, and offered suggestions about the area and extra things at her place to make our stay even better. The location right next to the lake was incredible, the little room to sleep was very cozy, and my son and I thoroughly enjoyed using the fire pit. Will certainly stay at Sandra’s again if we visit the area.

Our experience at Refuge Bay was truly amazing and precisely what we needed for rejuvenation and reconnection. I have experienced many glamping accommodations, but this particular location and its amenities surpassed all expectations. The sauna was impressive, and we thoroughly enjoyed brewing Nespresso coffees, gathering around the fire, and stargazing with binoculars. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire space was exceptionally well-equipped, with thoughtful consideration given to every possible need or desire. The host was highly responsive during the entire booking process and addressed any inquiries we had during our stay. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our experience. Their guest portal was a thoughtful addition, allowing us to explore the various add-ons available, and we appreciated the opportunity to personalize our getaway with a charcuterie board and a fresh floral arrangement. We can’t wait to go back and experience this place in different seasons!

Despite a winter storm blowing outside, the cabin was warm and comfortable. Lovely place to kick back with a book or a movie when the weather is howling outside. The kitchen is well stocked and I really like having a bathtub rather than just a shower. Tracy and Scott are right next door and responded very quickly to any inquiries we had. It’s nice that they accept pets, too. Manitou has a great dog park, but we didn’t go there this trip due to the snow. We will happily return to the cabin on another visit to Saskatchewan. Many thanks for a nice stay.

Another great stay on Ada Boulevard. I have rented this unit as well as the attic next door several time and always enjoy it. Cozy, stylish, clean, and well-equipped. Beautiful quiet neighbourhood with great trails for walking and running. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the little deck in the morning with my coffee and soaking in the luxurious bathtub in the evenings!

If you are looking for a quiet private place this is the place you were looking for. The property is pristine and well-maintained.

We booked 1 night here and 1 night at the treehouse for our anniversary. This unique location was a great place to escape from the busy life and connect to nature. Really enjoyed kayaking and sitting on the dock. Highly recommend booking at both the locations as they were great experiences. This would be a great getaway with another couple if you booked both. We will be going back. We also visited The Crabbie Goat distillery and Vallyview has a few great places to check out.

This is the second time we stayed at the schoolhouse and we absolutely loved it again - this time we even lucked out with an incredible show of the Northern Lights, the cherry on top! If you're looking for a private, peaceful, relaxing getaway- this is it! The property is private and secluded, the schoolhouse has been beautifully restored and renovated, incredibly clean and has everything you will need! Katherine made us feel right at home with no worries at all and we look forward to going back again!

As always Asa & Alan were welcoming and extremely kind. Will definitely be staying in their cabins again in the future!

We had our first family adventure weekend and this was exactly what we were looking for! Something unique, clean, a home away from home. We had a little bit of difficulty finding the site but the host answered right away and within a minute we found it! The small little touches make a world of difference here! We will stay again!

We loved our stay! The kitchen, though small (again, totally in line with what is described/what you’d expect) is very well appointed and we loved walking down by the river. We read books on the beach and had a lovely camp fire-even brought our own discs for some disc golf! It’s somewhat remote but the instructions and maps for finding it were extremely clear and the wifi was solid. The scenery is second to none and it was great having Golden a short drive away-the hosts even proactively let us know about a farmers market which we were able to pop into town and enjoy.

The cozy cabin is such a lovely spot! We were there for a quick overnight, and it was the perfect place to rest in the peaceful forest. Quick drive (and great directions from Stu) to Wells Gray. Tucked just away from the center of town while still being accessible to restaurants. We’re hoping to return sooner rather than later for a longer stay!

This cabin was exactly I needed. I loved how private and secluded it was. I travel quite regularly and I do mostly stays in cabins like Luise's. But Louise's cabin was by far the most cosiest one. I loved that there was a plenty of firewood outside ( I got to practise my choppin skills with an axe) :D And had the possibility to have an outdoor fire under the stars. I did appreciated that there was no wifi or reception, which helped me to disconnect with the outside world and enjoy ME time by the fire and read a book. I hope I stick around as I would love to come back for a longer weekend. Thank you Louise

Peter is an awesome host with an amazing, beautiful cabin that he built/renovated on his property. Peter is a hard worker, always working on a new project to improve the area for his guest, he checks in regularly to make sure his guest are comfy and enjoying their stay. Hopper and Neechii are the cherry on top with your stay, having some companions around to keep you feeling safe while having a fire. Will recommend, will come back

Absolutely loved our stay at this peaceful acreage! The property is surrounded by beautiful trees, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The two dogs on-site were incredibly sweet and added such a warm, homey touch to the experience. One of the highlights was definitely the fireplace—it made our evenings so cozy and memorable. The host was kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some true acreage charm!
