This two-story villa is located 600 meters from Nungwi best beach. It has six en-suite rooms. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor, two are on the second floor. The center and bustling streets of Nungwi are a 10-15-minute walk away. Our neighbors are two cozy restaurants, perfect for breakfast and dinner. A beautiful, well-maintained pool with a fountain is nestled among greenery and flowers. The kitchen is fully equipped. The gazebo is perfect for relaxing with friends and family in nature.

Kilua Villa, located in Matemwe is steps from the sea with a sandy beach and perfect views of Mnemba island. It is Matemwe’s premier ocean front villa offering comfort and casual elegance. Our compound is located right on the beach with a 4 bedroomed villa at the front and a separate 1 bedroom villa at the back which is rented separately . Our views are world class, postcard perfect with views of the Indian Ocean and the  coral reef around the Mnemba Island.The beach is very safe day and night . There are several Boutique hotels with bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The villa has a lovely homely feel and the place is ideal for couples or families.
