The cabin accommodates up to 6 guests, but is best for 2–4. The space is cozy but compact, ideal for guests who value location, privacy, and atmosphere over size. Step outside to open land and nearby hiking routes minutes from the cabin. Skriða offers a simple, memorable stay in a unique setting.

Jökla Gisting -Myllulækur 11

Jökla Gisting er staðsett ár rólegum stað í faðmi skriðjökla og fallegrar náttúru, 11 km. frá Höfn. Á veturna er loftið og litirnir ótrúlega tærir og njóta norðurljósin sín vel í sveitinni. Við bjóðum upp á gistingu í þrem húsum sem eru fullbúin með öllu sem gestir þurfa. Villt hreindýr koma stundum í heimsókn og eru að vappa um í friðsælli náttúru í næsta nágrenni. Jökullinn laðar fólk að sér, boðið er upp á ýmsar jöklaferðir í nágreninu. Sleða, göngu og íshellaferðir eru vinsælar.

Birkifell winter cabin

A small and cozy cabin in the quiet of the countryside, just under a mountain with a beautiful glacier as it's neighbor. With two bedrooms, one double bed and two single beds, dining and sitting area, with t.v and free wifi, well equipt kitchen. Large patio with outdoor furniture and bbq. Ideal for a quiet holiday in the countryside with beautiful hiking grounds, a geothermal hot tubs a short walk away and nature all around, and spectacular view of the northen lights during winter.

Berunes Woodshop-Historic Tiny House by the Fjord

Once our grandfathers´s woodship, now a cozy retreat for travellers seeing something truly different. It´s a character-filled Tiny House, set within the historic Berunes farmstead, adjacent to the original farmhouse, opposite the community church and graveyard. Your nearest neighbor is one of East Iceland´s most celebrated dining experiencve. The Berunes Restaurant (open June - August) serves and ever-changing 4-course dinner menu, paired with Beljandi craft beer and fine wines.

Haukaberg House

Our house is located in a quiet residential area, a cozy and bright house made from wood. We offer comfortable beds and quality bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped and you should be able to find everything you need. In our area you can find guided glacier and riding tours. You could visit Vestrahorn and go to the Hot tubs in Hoffell. Other fascinating places that we recommend are Fláajökull, Heinabergsjökull and Hoffellsjökull. Suitable for big groups / families.

Haven in Höfn

Haven in Höfn allows you to kick back and relax after an eventful day in the Vatnajökull Region. The large garden, nearby open space, glacierview and cosy attached glasshouse bring to you nourishment and tranquility of the outdoors. Our little cat lives in the house so our guests might be accompanied by a furry friend 😺. Registration nr: HG-00019153

Höfn Apartments

Modern one-bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, suitable for up to four guests. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, and a comfortable open-plan living space. A small but cosy apartment on the lower floor. Very close to Skaftafell, a national park(10min drive). A very popular tourist area. Close to Vatnajökull and Öræfajökull, 40 min drive from Jökulárlón(Diamond beach). 70km east of Kirkjubæjarklaustur, 130km west of Höfn(small and beutiful town).

Aurora Cabins

Húsin er staðsett um 3km frá Höfn, útsýni til fjalla og jökla. Tilvalin gisting fyrir fjölskyldur eða þá sem eru að ferðast saman. Húsin rúma fjóra fullorðna. Eitt barn yngra en 12 ára dvelur án greiðslu þegar notuð eru rúm sem eru til staðar. Frítt wifi er á staðnum.

In Fljótsdal next to the farm Hóll in Norðurdalur is Hólshýsi. A cosy cottage that is surrounded by endless adventures and sounds of nature and wildlife. Close to countless highlights such as Hengifoss, Hallormstaður, the Wilderness Center and Laugarfell.
