The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The place is far from the center please be aware about that, it’s around 30-40 minutes away and you can either book a taxi or grab or if you have your own motorbike much better. This place is good for working people or remotely working individuals, the place is very peaceful, solemn and private. Although there isn’t much to do so if you’re a person that likes to have action or activity this place isn’t for you. This is good for people who want to stay away from the bustle or noise of the city life! The place is very spacious, I had a very nice balcony view and it’s clean! There is no kitchen so I suggest you need to buy your own water, food, also your toiletries downstairs. The thing I like the most is the washing machine! It’s the most convenient thing in the unit! The security is also tight so you’ll feel safe and you’ll have your own key card. There are food stores always downstairs if you need to buy food or just stuff for your place! Such a great, beautiful, and clean hotel. Felt like home! Everything you could need for a long stay. We loved that there was free washer and dryer available. The gym was small, but still usable with great views on the top floor. Location was in the alley close to a very busy street. A little bit noisy, but we slept just fine. Not many good restaurants close by, you'd have to walk at least 10-15 minutes or take a grab/ taxi. But it's still close and convenient. 35 mins from the airport. Great internet connection for remote work and nice big TV for streaming movies and shows.

We loved our stay at Thuy Hoa’s house. It’s close to the lake and coffee shops, but away from the bustle of the Old Quarter. We arrived on the weekend and the street was pedestrian only. Even with weekday traffic, it’s really quiet inside so we slept well. It’s on Book Street, which adds a lovely character to the place. Once you head down the small alley and climb the stairs you notice there is a whole community back there, including the oldest bookshop in Hanoi I believe. There’s a washing machine and outdoor hanging space, and a large TV to watch Netflix or YouTube from a comfy lounge. It was perfect for us, 2 couples. I would certainly recommend Thuy Hoa’s place if you are in Hanoi.

This was the nicest stay we had in Hanoi. Jesse’s place is exactly as it looks in the pictures and it was clean, with a comfy bed. We were really impressed by Jesse’s communication- the couple of questions we had were answered within minutes. The apartment is above an excellent coffee shop (seriously, great coffee) and a 2 mins walk to train street, or 10 min walk to beer street. We found it to be very quiet at night, so slept well. We won’t hesitate to stay here again!

Lovely stay at Rosie's! Extremely close proximity to Beer Street and all the busy hostels and hotels that go with it. Despite this, there wasn't any noise at night and the room felt safe and secluded. Great communication from Rosie, easy in and out! She even booked me a ride to the airport on the way out. Very helpful.

This is a great spot to be centralized in Hanoi! We felt right in the middle of all that the city has to offer. There is so much right outside the door, but we felt very secure and private in this home. Tons of space for our family of 5. Great home base for enjoying Hanoi :)

Tolle Unterkunft, Fußläufig zur Altstadt. Khanh ist sehr nett und hat uns immer schnell geholfen. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

We had a terrific stay! The place is fantastic: clean, bright, and comfortable. The common area and primary bedroom are especially roomy and the two smaller bedrooms are cozy. The neighborhood is fantastic and the location of the flat is ideal. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful. On an unexpectedly cold morning, I asked about extra blankets, which were delivered within the hour. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location in Hanoi.

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

침대가 정말 훌륭함. 5성급 호텔 수준임. 보통 에어비앤비 침대 싸구려인데 여긴 아님. 스프링도 다 정상임. 아쉬운게 호스트가 사진을 업데이트 해야함. 실제 숙소 사진이 훨씬 좋음. 지금 사진은 예전 사진임. 화장실. 방 너무 깨끗함. 호텔 느낌 임테리어임. 그린베이 자체가 위치가 너무 좋음. 미딩도 5분 거리임. 한국인들에게 이만한 곳 없음. 그린베이 내에 베트남 음식점 3-4개가 있음. 편의점 3-4개임. 빵집이 기가막힘. 정말 싸다. 롯데마트. 윈마트. 브레드 팩토리 가격 보다가 여기 오면 기절함. 너무 맛있고 싸다. 하이랜드 커피도 있음. 다른 카페도 2-3개 더 있음. 차 소리 안 들리고 조용함. 생활물가 혜자임. 알다시피 비싼 동네 가면 카페. 빵. 음식점 다 비싸다. 여긴 소음도 없고. 중화. 미딩도 그랩타고 5-8분 내외임. 호수 큰게 있어 런닝. 산책도 좋음. 단지 자체가 큰데 사람들 다니는 인도가 넓직하고 깨끗하게 단장되어 있음. 한국 사람들 비싼 웨스트포인트. 디캐피탈 지내지 말고 그린베이에 숙소 잡으세요. 여기 가격 싸고 환경 좋고 다 좋습니다. 3주 째 하노이 숙소 호텔만 5번 다니는데 그린베이가 가성비를 떠나서 조용하게 지내면서 가깝게 이동할만한 거리임. 물론 서호. 호안끼엠 생각하면 미딩 중화 이쪽 지역을 숙소로 잡으면 안됨. 어찌됐든 숙소 깨끗하고 좋아요.

3주간 머물렀습니다. 미딩에 이은 제2의 한인촌 아파트라서 매일 수십 명의 한국인들을 볼 수 있었고 건물 보안도 철저했어요. 해당 건물 1층에 편의점, 약국, 한국식당, 한국슈퍼가 있었고 단지 내에 한국세탁소, 한국야식집, 한국빵집, 새마을식당, 홍콩반점, 두끼떡볶이, 하이디라오, 한국정육점 등이 있어 마치 한국에 사는 듯 했습니다. 호치민쪽 아파트들은 벽간 소음이 심했는데 여기는 층간, 벽간 소음없이 조용했고 사진에 나온 호수가 있어서 집에서 보는 뷰도 좋고 나가서 런닝하기도 좋았습니다. 미딩은 매우 가깝고 우버 3-4000원이면 호안키엠이나 롯데마트 이동이 가능해서 편했어요. 10여 개 이상의 축구장에 밑에 있어서 매일 늦게까지 축구를 하는 사람들이 좀 시끄러운 게 유일한 단점이었습니다. 재방문 의사 매우 높습니다.
