Beautiful location, great house in good working order, friendly and responsive host.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything described was accurate, and the thoughtful extras like additional blankets and condiments made it even better. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops.

The house was beautiful, better than expected! It was very spacious with lovely high ceilings in all the rooms. the bedrooms were all large and delightfully decorated, as were the two sitting rooms. In fact the layout worked really well for our family group: master bedroom with en suite for us grandparents, first floor bedrooms for one couple and their two kids with shared bathroom and extra sitting area with TV, and the garden room -with an enormous bed!- and ensuite bathroom for the other couple. The pool was a very good size with comfortable loungers and the large table on the terrace was perfect for mealtimes. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were an enormous range of dishes and utensils! The various beaches we visited were all within easy reach and Mashpee Commons was only a short drive away with a range of restaurants and shops. Nicole was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We had a wonderful time and the house exceeded our expectations!

Again, we had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and has everything you need. Would definitely book again.

The home was beautiful and thoughtfully stocked and decorated. It was spotless and the location was beautiful right across from a lake. The yard was gorgeous and the everyone loved the basketball, air hockey and foosball games in the garage. We will be back next summer!

Excellent lake front location with great views, great kitchen with all the equipment needed, spacious bedrooms plus Ben is a great host.

Sue is an outstanding host and this home is a gem in the Martha Vineyard area. I highly recommend staying here if you ever get the chance! The surroundings are beautiful and the area is quite peaceful. It is also quite convenient and right next to a bus stop (google maps was wrong about the bus route from Martha’s Vineyard).

We absolutely enjoyed our stayed. It's beautiful from the pictures online, but when you walk in it has a feel of being at a getaway even better than expected. The view is gorgeous and the home is very well kept and decorated. A big bonus for us was the spacious outdoor hottub. I would definitely feel comfortable booking with them again!

Our stay at Lisa's place was very pleasant. Her home is very nice with a lovely view of the lake and plenty of space for large families (we were only four people but can easily accommodate a few more). The neighborhood does not have a lot of car traffic which is great for walking and jogging around the lake. And it is also relatively close to Falmouth downtown and convenient stores. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and is very courteous and friendly. She really seems to care about her guests' comfortability. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you, Lisa!

We LOVED our stay! Sloane’s home was a perfect place for our sister getaway! The cottage was adorable and cozy! We enjoyed having coffee in the front room, relaxing on the back deck and slept great in the beds! The neighborhood was so quiet! Just a few folks walking their dogs! 🥰 We enjoyed walking on the beach, taking the ferry for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard, eating supper & ice cream in New Bedford and did a quick day trip to Hyannis Port! This definitely checked off our ‘Cape Cod’ bucket list! Sloane was a great host with good recommendations and quick and friendly responses! Would definitely recommend her place for a quaint getaway!

What a brilliant comfortable and relaxing time we had at Robert’s place. We had everything and more that we needed. Beautiful location, cosy and clean house, facilities top notch and comfortable beds. I could not say enough kind things about Robert! Responsive and pro-active, he made our stay even nicer with the loan of bikes. Thanks to him and his family we had a trip of a lifetime with my family. Unforgettable, hope to return again one day!

Great location too for everything we wanted to do as well as close enough to visit with our local family in town. Our family had a wonderful time in Barnstable! Lynn and Ken were extremely responsive and did a great job at communicating when needed. The house was perfect for our family of three. Everything was clean and appeared exactly as the photos presented. We loved spending time on the screened in porch and the outdoor shower was a plus. Being less than 5 minutes from Craigville Beach was ideal along with the use of the beach pass. We would recommend this listing to anyone without hesitation and hope to book again for a future stay!
