Wow! Wow! Wow! Congratulations on the beautiful renovation. This was our second stay at this gorgeous home and, while we knew that they were doing some additional work in the off-season, we were not prepared for all of the incredible improvements that were made. This place leaves nothing to be desired. Beds are comfy with lovely linens, lots of room for everyone to spread out (important to us with both teenagers and littles) and lots of toys to use on the pond with a great eye for safety. We have family at Jenkins Pond and make this trip every year. As long as this house is available, we will look no further for a place to stay. Dar is a gracious host, extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. He clearly put a lot of love and thought into this home and we were very grateful to be guests. It was the best home base for a fun week with family and we once again head home with wonderful memories.

Robert’s place provided us a nice peaceful escape for a long weekend getaway. His instructions were clear and recommendations were helpful, and his home is in a nice location, close by to all Falmouth has to offer.

This Airbnb was large and peaceful, with easy parking, a nice pond in walking distance, close to Hyanis, and a lot of amenities like TV, bedding, towels, etc. The building is old with a bit of water damage and old appliances, but it was very clean, everything that we needed worked, and had ACs in every room. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here with family and friends for a wedding weekend. The place was perfect for our group. Plenty of rooms and beds for the 12 of us. Good kitchen, clean bathrooms, and a great outdoor deck and dock for our use. Leo was very responsive to any/all questions we had for him. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near Mashpee.

This property was stunning! As described. Brenda was extremely responsive to messages. My family appreciated the labeling she had done, it made everything very easy to find. Anything you could want this place has it, from super comfortable beds, tons of space, clean, and beautiful views! We will definitely be back!

Patricia was very responsive before and during our stay. She was easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions for beaches to visit. The house is about a 10 minute drive from the closest beach. It’s near water but it’s more for fishing or boating. It’s less than 10 minutes from the center of town where there are great places to eat and shop around. The house is beautiful and spacious. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom the second level. Highly recommend.

Tam is an excellent host. The lake is picturesque and peaceful. The property is nestled between mature evergreen trees. The house is newly renovated, light, white, bright. Kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. Lots of cleaning supplies. Tam was an exceptional communicator and very friendly. Appreciate the time!

Just lovely. Great WiFi, very modern and everything we needed. It was very clean and well set up with an awesome little guide about the house and surroundings! The host left out dog water bowl and food bowl and put out a dog blanket for us, which was very thoughtful. Will definitely be back.

This apartment was exactly as described online: clean, cozy, and near the bike path and a public park. Quiet hours are observed 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (I think I have the hours correct.) Mr. Jefferson was remarkably responsive to our few questions. I would choose this apartment again. NOTE: The apartment is on a busy street, so my wife and I feared that the apartment might be noisy, but it was not, because the ground level apartment is at the rear of the house. The place was peaceful.

Irie by the Lake was fantastic. The home is not only beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated, but it was the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Carol was super responsive and helpful. We are already planning to return.

Kristin's place was the perfect winter getaway I was looking for. It is a nice cozy place right on the lake with views from each room including the bedroom- so I could wake up to the view! The kitchenette had all the items I needed for my short stay and the place was modern yet cozy and very clean! Kristin was very kind and helpful and graciously accommodated several requests I had to make me feel at home and work with my schedule. I would definitely stay here again and think this is a perfect place in every season!

Our stay at Lisa's place was very pleasant. Her home is very nice with a lovely view of the lake and plenty of space for large families (we were only four people but can easily accommodate a few more). The neighborhood does not have a lot of car traffic which is great for walking and jogging around the lake. And it is also relatively close to Falmouth downtown and convenient stores. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and is very courteous and friendly. She really seems to care about her guests' comfortability. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you, Lisa!

We loved our time at the Crooked Cottage. The house was spotless clean, well stocked, and very comfortable beds. We immediately felt welcome there, as we arrived after a long drive to find fresh flowers and a bottle of delicious wine waiting for us. Kira left useful tips for things to do around the area, and sent us detailed and personalized suggestions upon request. We loved all her recommendations and discovered some additional places on our own. The house is conveniently located to hikes, bike paths, and beaches as well as life in the town. We highly recommend her place and look forward to returning some time.

Great location too for everything we wanted to do as well as close enough to visit with our local family in town. Having the ability to use your bikes were very helpful as we were able to just rent another two more which we used a lot to ride around Poppy. We would definitely stay here again. Very Pleased with the house. Exactly like it was described and in a very good location for where we needed to be, restaurants, stores etc. The host was great, check on us, answered questions quickly etc. House is clean, nice, and everything worked perfectly from the TV to Wifi, Micro Wave Coffee maker and so on. Quite street, but not far from anything you need or want to do. Beds and furniture very comfortable, a very nice place to stay, and a great value.

The fenced off yard was perfect for my dog. It was a fun place to come back to and relax outside with my dog No worries about my dog getting away . And the area is close to so many great beaches . The inside was very confortable and enjoyable. A great place to stay at the Cape

Loved our stay at the Snug. It was the perfect space and location to stay with our little family of 3. Nancy was very helpful, kind and responsive. The place was spotless, rooms were more spacious than expected, and the outdoor area feels like a private little getaway. Ideal location and walkable to anything you want to do. 3 minute drive to local beaches. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to stay again next year!

Jen's place is located in a great location in terms of cape. it's close to a lot of things we would want to do on the cape. And it's on a very quiet and private lot, giving a tranquil and peaceful feeling the moment you walk in. The home is a cottage in a sense that it's basic and don't have luxury kitchens or fancy bathrooms but it's very functional and have all essential needs one can think of. Jen is nice and helpful, simply a pleasant interaction.
