The Little Green Guest House

We picked the perfect location for exploring New River Gorge! We actually live here and LOVE it. Over the last 2 years, we completely rebuilt this Little Guest House from the ground up while exploring and putting together the local's ultimate guidebook of the area. Our goal was to make a cozy and cute cottage to highlight why we love WV so much. We strive for eco-friendly practices because we want to see this place clean and thriving for our kids and visitors to enjoy for years to come.

It is just 3 miles from ACE Adventure Resort, 6 miles from Fayetteville, WV and just 30 minutes from Winterplace ski resort. Perfect for two couples or a small family. The one bedroom has a queen size bed, a full size futon bed is located in the living room & a twin daybed. A full kitchen, fire pit area and walking distance to downtown Oak Hill.

Cute 1-BR stone cottage close to NRG

When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.
