What a great place. Love the modern decor. Literally steps away from the beach. Chad is a great communicator. The process from start to finish could not have been better. We had a great weekend. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Walkable to the beach and close proximity to local shops and activities. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

This place was awesome! So clean and had all the essentials for an awesome beach vacation! It had everything needed for the beach. Anne was a very attentive host. I will definitely be back!

This place was fantastic! Private although there was a neighbor. Restaurants are close although you are secluded. Not far from town if you need groceries or pharmacies I hope we can use this location often!

Usually stay in high rise, may never again. Place was wonderful, private, quiet, and right on the beach. Amenities great and just like listing. Great view for coffee and sunrise from balcony. Definitely would like to come back on future vacatiins.

Just the best! Annette’s condo is exceptionally comfortable, clean and inviting. Everything, from the well stocked kitchen (we cooked all our meals) to the incredibly comfortable couches in the house and on the deck, to the comfy recliner that overlooks the ocean, is carefully thought out and perfect. The view is breathtaking, the peace is restorative, and the days vanish in happy relaxation. Annette quickly responds to all questions and always gives great advice about where to eat (our last visit) or where to buy the freshest fish or whatever you are looking for. She is an excellent host and staying at her condo is a wonderful treat! We loved every minute and can’t wait to return!

Ryan was a great host and the location was fantastic. The wraparound deck was amazing especially when we had to come off the beach for naps for our kids, we were still able to relax, while overlooking the beach! This was the perfect distance to be able to walk to everything while also feeling as if you had the peace and quiet. The only thing I would say is the parking is very narrow so if you are renting a car, be mindful of the size of vehicle and be prepared to have a great back-up parker in your group, haha! Very excited to go back and stay next year!!

This unit is on the smaller side but very functional for 2 parents plus child. We used the kitchen, laundry, deck w/nice seating, WiFi and living room/TV. All were in good order. The beds were comfortable (medium firm) and the shower was very nice. Smallish bathroom and kitchen, but spacious living room and bedroom. There is nice counter/bar seating as well. We would book again.

We loved our stay at Jeanna's place! We were offered early check in and late check out without asking, which was so nice to have access longer on each end and thoughtful to offer unprompted. Upon arrival, parking was super easy to get to and so convenient to the apartment. The apartment was such a lovely spot - we even felt so grateful that our dog had a dog bed, toys and treats welcoming him in! The location is unbeatable, with a beach access seconds away and we walked to the boardwalk for dinner most nights. It was clean, quiet, and perfect for our 3 night stay. If you are planning to stay for a longer visit, I'd be aware that you'd want to bring foil/ziplock, wine opener, and ice. -- only adding because I placed my grocery order on the way down, hopefully save someone an extra trip ;) Thank you Jeanna, we'll be back 100%!

Great place to stay! Short walk to the boardwalk/main strip and an even shorter walk to the beach. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

Fourth time staying here and a great experience as always! Perfect spot close to the beach with all the amenities you could need.

perfect spot for a beach and food focused getaway for a small family. the beach and restaurants were literally outside within 1-5 minutes walks. definitely needed the sound machines on weekend nights due to the music scene which were provided in each room. the house was well stocked with everything you need. we felt very much at home and we will be back!

This is our second year at this condo, feels like home. we love being ocean front, hearing the waves and being close. beautiful view. Bed is comfy, walking distance to grocery and restaurants and shopping. then beach wasn't crowded when we were there. thank you!!

Kevin and Jordan were incredible since the minute we got there, pretty attentive and really well at communicating and answering on time! Will be staying with them again

Wonderful beach front location with great views of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and walked the beach daily. The location is very safe and we felt very secure in the condo. The condo has everything you could possibly want. No need to bring any kitchen items, linens, towels, beach towels or beach chairs This home has it all, just enjoy yourself, the view and beach!!

Love this location! The condos offer just the right amount of space for a family! The view is AMAZING. Having a private beach entrance and pool access right on the ground floor makes for an easy and fun filled vacation. I liked having security around to keep non-guests from crowding the space. Did I mention the view is amazing? All the furniture was comfortable and clean, kitchen was stocked to our needs. Master shower is huge and awesome. We loved it and would definitely rent again. Thanks!

When staying at this location you will definitely have everything you need. My family stayed here for an extended weekend at the end of the summer and it was great. The condo was very clean and spacious. It looked just like the pictures. We had a great time and I would definitely rent again.

Absolutely amazing condo, very clean, great location and the view is amazing. Easy to park, comfy beds and everything in the kitchen you could need. I would definitely stay here again.

We were impressed with the Sea Oats condo. The condo was well stocked and very clean. There’s a nice laundry room too. We would certainly stay here again. We had a great week in Cherry Grove!

Perfect beach getaway in quiet, beachy neighborhood with a small-town feel. Short walking distance to awesome beaches. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at Beach Please! Everything as promised and great hosts!
