The home was clean and the host responded quickly and were very accommodating!

We had a great vacation! Walked to the beach everyday. Used the pool and hot tub everyday. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Comfy beds. Clean linens. Plenty of storage. Clean bathrooms. We had to bring our own soap and shampoo. A little small. Kitchen had plenty of cookware. Television was good. WiFi was good. A front and back patio. Pool was big but not heated. Laundry was downstairs and we had to bring detergent. Parking was good. No fenced in place for the dog to run around. But we made due. Definitely would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Lance’s place! It was very easy to find and they were very responsive. It’s walkable to the beach and a number of restaurants and coffee spots. Perfect spot for a quick weekend trip with our dog!

We had a wonderful stay with our fur babies. The fenced in yard was a super plus ! The house was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was amazing to cook in all appliances were clean and updated ! Wonderful family room and clean bathrooms .

Lovely space and exactly as described. North Myrtle Beach has plenty to do, and most of it was within a 10 minute drive to this location. You can walk to a public beach access in about ten minutes from the house, but we ended up driving and parking most of the time. I'd highly recommend this place, and would come back again.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Erin’s Home for Labor Day weekend. We were there to celebrate my birthday as well as time as a family. The home was well prepared for our stay and the necessities needed were all available. It’s such a beautiful home and having access to a pool on the premises was an added plus. The homeowners also provided us a list with information to any questions we may have needed answered which was a nice touch. I recommend anyone interested in renting a home to spend with family or friends, to consider a stay here. You won’t be disappointed! Exceeded our expectations! This home was indeed a "home away from home", that provided everything needed for our stay. The host thought of everything. The beautiful home was supplied with all essentials for a wonderful getaway. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus. The neighbors were so friendly and personable. Having the beach within walking distance was the cherry on top. I appreciate Jessica being available when needed. We will definitely be back!

It was a wonderful place to stay when visiting Wilmington and the host was so kind and thoughtful! You can tell she cares about how your stay is and there were so many thoughtful details! My family is already asking when we can visit again.

Perfect for an anniversary trip! Truly beautiful to wake up and have a cup of coffee on the canal… take advantage of the kayaks and bikes!! It’ll elevate your time here immensely. If you’ve got the time, Seabrisa’s and hurricane juel’s (a 10 minute ride away and right next to each other in little river) did not disappoint. If you go to hurricane get a side of hush puppies…. It’ll change your life! An easy walk to the beach or a quick drive to nearby pay to park areas if you’ve got supplies to tote! This spot also is conveniently close to many good mini golf courses if you’re feeling competitive! A truly special gem to find. One of our favorite spots we’ve been on our east coast beach travels!
